IMPORTANT: nights are getting colder and as the guesthouse is not fully insulated it might be a bit chilly even though there is a heater! Welcome to our well-planed cosy guesthouse. The cabin comfortably hosts two, but has space for up to four guests. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find a lake with a BBQ area, dock, and a sandy beach. Getting to Stockholm is easy: park at Södertälje Syd station (12-minute drive), then hop on a 20-minute train to the city centre.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.

Small house on lake plot by beautiful Hållsviken (8 km from Trosa) Quiet and nice, close to forest and sea. Many nice nature reserves are nearby, including the famous Stendörren. It is possible to borrow a rowing boat (private jetties). The cottage is located on a family farm where there are 3 nearby houses. Sörmansleden is close by for those who want to hike in beautiful nature.

By public transport, you can get to Stockholm City in 30 minutes. A few minutes by car or 20 minutes walk to the swimming jetty at Lake Uttran. 20 minutes walk to Rönninge Centrum with shops, restaurants and commuter train station.
