Linh’s place is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and our family enjoyed our stay. As a “shoes off inside” family ourselves, the “shoes off” house rule is a plus for us; it helps the home stay so much cleaner! It was great to have books and magazines available, and the decor is calming and restful. There is a definite fragrance (not unpleasant, just noticeable) throughout the home, so if one is sensitive to smells, it might be helpful to discuss options with the owner before the stay. Having animal friendly airbnb hosts is a great benefit for our family, and the home is set up nicely for furry family members. Our little dog enjoyed romping in the big backyard each day. The later check in time was not an issue for us, as we arrived after 6pm, and the later check out time was nice on the day of our departure. Communication with Linh was clear and easy. We had a pleasant stay at Linh’s place, and were happy with the house, cost, and amenities.

David's property is exactly as shown in the images. It is a beautiful, well equipped home with a fantastic pool and hot tub. While we did not meet David in person, he went out of his way to be able to provide one of the guests with a reading lamp for her room which we very much appreciated. Great stay overall.

Great place for a big group!! My family & I flew in to ATL from Texas for my best friends wedding. We had to stay for a few days for different events prior to wedding and Thi & Linda’s place worked out perfectly for our family of 8 including a 5-month baby. Per request, they provided a pack&play for infant before our arrival and despite being a big group we all had our own space! Nice house in a peaceful neighborhood that’s close to many grocery/department stores. The main downside of this location was the fact that any drive into ATL was at least 40 minutes to up to 1 hour long, so we pretty much had to plan our day out ahead of time to not have any reason to waste time commuting back & forth between city & suburb. So if the goal is to spend time in ATL, go prepared to be okay with these long daily drives. Hosts gave us clear communication before check-in and throughout our stay, we had a minor issue with one of the bathroom toilets being clogged & Thi took care of the issue himself.

This was me and family 1st time staying @ a AirBNB and it was a great experience that we would definitely do again. Our host home was very clean, peaceful and quiet. I definitely was very impressed with the response time whenever I had a question. Hopefully my next host and stay will be as great as this was. High marks for 1st experience!!!

The home was beautiful and enormous. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful. The instructions weren't difficult and easily to follow. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

My second stay at Christian's place was just as nice as my first stay two years ago. I booked a second time because my experience was so pleasant, the home is modern and pristine and the location is accessibly perfect. My husband, in-laws, and children love staying here.

Super happy with my stay! Very clean & professional. Host even leaves brand new toothbrushes, soap,shampoo&conditioner!! Also leaves a jar of water & seasonings if you like to cook! 2 big tv’s in both rooms, with their Netflix account for guests , HOW SWEET! Only problem i feel is the water in the shower is kind of cold other than that everything was awesome! Host was very friendly and made me feel at home, you may catch them outside during the day sometimes but the family is super nice . Love it here ! WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN 5STARS !!!

I stayed at the Suburban Oasis with my parents while visiting other family in the area. The house was beautiful and well kept. The extra toiletries were a nice touch in case someone forgot their own. I would highly recommend staying at the Suburban Oasis and would stay again myself!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

We stayed at Jaya's for a couple of days while we were in town for a concert, and the location was so quiet and had the perks of being next door to a track and green space. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Atlanta!

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

Jackie’s place was the best experience yet that we have had in Air B&B. Visually the atmosphere is very pleasing and hospitable. Our every need and question was taken into consideration before we ever even met. There were explicit instructions about how to operate the TV, what to do or who to contact if any problems were encountered with the property, local places of interest, convenient restaurants with delivery and/ or pickup, and even items included on the premises folks may have forgotten or overlooked in their packing. She was so sweet to have given us a welcoming basket with her own homemade delicious pound cake and other nice snacks for travelers fresh off the road. At our departure, we received lovely note and some decorative soaps. It was a very comfortable, quiet and serene place to stay! We will definitely check to see if she has availability and hopefully stay there on our next trip to the Conyers area. Great hosts, property, close to family-what more could we ask for.😊

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

The apartment was soooo nice and beautiful. House smelled fresh soon as I entered. I loved the view especially at night time . We slept like a baby and didn’t want to leave this morning .Overall great stay . I will be booking for again for my birthday .

Our host went out his way to make our stay comfortable at this home. We will definitely book again.

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!
