Linh’s place is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and our family enjoyed our stay. As a “shoes off inside” family ourselves, the “shoes off” house rule is a plus for us; it helps the home stay so much cleaner! It was great to have books and magazines available, and the decor is calming and restful. There is a definite fragrance (not unpleasant, just noticeable) throughout the home, so if one is sensitive to smells, it might be helpful to discuss options with the owner before the stay. Having animal friendly airbnb hosts is a great benefit for our family, and the home is set up nicely for furry family members. Our little dog enjoyed romping in the big backyard each day. The later check in time was not an issue for us, as we arrived after 6pm, and the later check out time was nice on the day of our departure. Communication with Linh was clear and easy. We had a pleasant stay at Linh’s place, and were happy with the house, cost, and amenities.

House was beautiful and quiet. Great for family vacation. Rooms were filled with adequate supplies. Towels and toiletries included. Would recommend to everyone! Close proximity to Duluth. 30 mins away from ATL activities if no traffic.

What a great place to stay. The kitchen is very open and easy to move about and cook in. The front porch with comfortable rocking chairs was a great place to drink my coffee in the morning while watching the horse and sheep play in the paddock. Large TVs in the living room and master were great to watch and unwind when the sun went down. The new Chick fil A opened on the second day of our stay and is only a half mile away. Mamas tacos is also in the same area and was delicious. Unfortunately we lost hot water on the last night but even then Francisco was immediately responsive and working on getting it checked and repaired. I would stay here again any time. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Cozy’s s place was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. We particularly appreciated the fire pit out back, Bria was also incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay stress-free. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would gladly stay here again!"

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

Rahel is easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was always very responsive, and ensured my needs were met. I ended up staying here far longer than intended due to relocation and she made it so much more bearable and I’m very lucky to have had her. She looked out for me in more ways than one, and I will be forever grateful for her kindness and forethought. Rachel’s place was perfect for my dog and I. It was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and best of all was a quiet oasis. If you’re looking for a quiet place, a perfect host and a great stay you won’t be able to find it elsewhere. 5 stars without question and would not hesitate to stay there again, or recommend. Mark’s home was a peaceful retreat in the heart of Decatur. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet while Atlanta lays about 20 minutes away. It was easy to navigate to downtown attractions during the day while enjoying nature in the evenings. One night we even enjoyed lightning bugs! Mark was very kind to allow our fur-kids to come and they were relaxed in the space as well. The windows in the primary suite made it feel like a spa. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will look to return on our next trip.

Our favorite location for friends and family gathering! This time was even better than the last, which we didn’t think possible! It is clean and the owner recently made some updates to the house. The backyard is the star of the show. Beautiful pool with a lovely deck allowed us to enjoy the long awaited warm weather. I could spend all day out there. We were able to gather comfortably and create amazing memories with our friends and family whom we do not see often. Between the pool table and fire pit, this is the perfect getaway. The Publix is 3 minutes away and lots of restaurants close by, super convenient. The host and co host are amazing as well. It’s always a positive experience speaking with them. They’re very sweet, professional, and responsive! They were ready at anytime to offer assistance. Thank you for providing a fun space for us to catch up with old friends and family.

Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

We were in Atlanta for only a couple of nights for a concert. We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs but my husband is usually hard to please — but even he thoroughly enjoyed the place. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was extremely responsive. It was quiet, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen in this tiny home, plenty of nice towels for the shower, and coffee pods for the keurig. We were super close to everything we wanted to do! My husband mainly wanted to check out some local vinyl record stores and we were within an 8 minute drive to a lot of those! I would 100% stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. One of the best experiences I’ve had!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

Ms. Carla was a great host she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her apartment is exactly as described it was so beautiful. The kids loved the movie theatre. We had to stay here as our home was under construction and it was our home away from home. She was an amazing host and I would come back. I can not express enough how thankful I am for Ms. Carla.

Great stay! Super clean, spacious, and allergy friendly. :) The whole community felt extremely safe. Instructions were easy to follow; there was some confusion about parking since the site was down, but Sumthin Sumthin was quick to respond and answer for me! Going to be my go to space for Atlanta! The guesthouse made me feel like I was on a mini vacation. The view is amazing and finding the place was so easy. Michael’s YouTube directions was on point to know what to do during your stay. The bed and the bathroom is so pretty and great details on the wall of the flamingo cans. I honestly didn’t need much. Coming back to stay soon. Thanks again rating this place 1000 star.
