Vacation rentals with a patio in Snellville

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

This Bnb was extremely cozy and easy to get to. Host was extremely accommodating + being friendly is always a plus. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity is available. 10/10 stay no complaints here

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

My husband and I stayed here for a family trip visiting relatives in Canton, GA. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and meticulously clean. The grounds were well kept and the animals were an added bonus for enjoyment. Darlene was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations found in the guest book, which i forgot to write in before leaving. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was soooo nice and beautiful. House smelled fresh soon as I entered. I loved the view especially at night time . We slept like a baby and didn’t want to leave this morning .Overall great stay . I will be booking for again for my birthday .

Great stay! Super clean, spacious, and allergy friendly. :) The whole community felt extremely safe. Instructions were easy to follow; there was some confusion about parking since the site was down, but Sumthin Sumthin was quick to respond and answer for me! Going to be my go to space for Atlanta! This comfortably humble and well appointed, very tidy touch-down space was perfect for a weekend of places to go and things to do. The front porch with rocking chairs was the best unexpected part-very nice porch. Place was spotless. We’ll definitely want to rebook for our next Atlanta trip. Thank you guys for a perfect stay.

Linh’s place is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and our family enjoyed our stay. As a “shoes off inside” family ourselves, the “shoes off” house rule is a plus for us; it helps the home stay so much cleaner! It was great to have books and magazines available, and the decor is calming and restful. There is a definite fragrance (not unpleasant, just noticeable) throughout the home, so if one is sensitive to smells, it might be helpful to discuss options with the owner before the stay. Having animal friendly airbnb hosts is a great benefit for our family, and the home is set up nicely for furry family members. Our little dog enjoyed romping in the big backyard each day. The later check in time was not an issue for us, as we arrived after 6pm, and the later check out time was nice on the day of our departure. Communication with Linh was clear and easy. We had a pleasant stay at Linh’s place, and were happy with the house, cost, and amenities.

What a great place to stay. The kitchen is very open and easy to move about and cook in. The front porch with comfortable rocking chairs was a great place to drink my coffee in the morning while watching the horse and sheep play in the paddock. Large TVs in the living room and master were great to watch and unwind when the sun went down. The new Chick fil A opened on the second day of our stay and is only a half mile away. Mamas tacos is also in the same area and was delicious. Unfortunately we lost hot water on the last night but even then Francisco was immediately responsive and working on getting it checked and repaired. I would stay here again any time. Highly recommended!

Definitely one of the most amazing places we have stayed at. Everything was labeled light wise on where it went to and if it needed to be kept up or not. The house was the cleanest we have ever stayed at. La'Metruis even had small tooth brushes and toothpaste out in the bathrooms for each person staying. The attention to detail was amazing and we will definitely rebook if we ever head that way again.

Rahel is easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was always very responsive, and ensured my needs were met. I ended up staying here far longer than intended due to relocation and she made it so much more bearable and I’m very lucky to have had her. She looked out for me in more ways than one, and I will be forever grateful for her kindness and forethought. Rachel’s place was perfect for my dog and I. It was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and best of all was a quiet oasis. If you’re looking for a quiet place, a perfect host and a great stay you won’t be able to find it elsewhere. 5 stars without question and would not hesitate to stay there again, or recommend. This was the perfect place to host my family while they were in town. It’s tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The home decor was gorgeous and the supply of appliances made it easy to cook at home. Lots of cool extras in the garage for youth and the bedrooms on the main floor was great for our older family members

Beautiful home and looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, decorated nicely, and quiet. Truly felt like our own home. Also, Robert was an AMAZING host…responsive, friendly, and even put up 2 brand new tvs during our stay due to the remotes not working. Whenever we have family in town, we will def book Roberts place again. Thank you again Robert for your AMAZING hospitality and home!

We had an amazing stay at Lauren's place! Her home was clean and very comfortable. Lauren was quick to respond and accommodating. We would stay here again and recommend her to others.

This was my second time staying there. I work in Conyers, Ga once every 6 weeks and his place is only 15 mins. from work and easy to get there. House is nice with 3 nice bedrooms. Clean and very homely. Thanks James and I will probably see you again soon. Judy

Such an amazing find, i really enjoy my stay. not only was gee a delight with communication and customer service so was the staff at the building. The place looks good in the photos but even better in person. Definitely money well spent:)

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
