Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear anything from it, from midnight it no longer rings. Comfortable 2-room apartment with lots of atmosphere and phenomenal views of the Alps. Approximately 10 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn station. The center of Bern can be reached in 15 minutes by train. Beautiful recreation area right at your doorstep. An Eldorado for walkers, runners, bikers, river swimmers or inline skaters. The apartment is located in the attic with elevator access. Parking is available at your doorstep. Hosts live in the house and are happy to help.

The 1929 manor house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is still only 5 minutes (on foot) from the center. The apartment was gently renovated in 2017 and is a little more than functionally equipped. (Coffee maker, 55" LED TV incl. Netflix or Pay TV and spacious balcony). A washing machine is also available on request.
