Jugendstilvilla wunderschöne grosse Wohnung

Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gross ,sauber, hell und neu möbiliert. Herrschaftshaus an ruhiger und zentraler Lage.

Das Herrenhaus von 1929 steht in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier und ist trotzdem nur 5min (Zu Fuss) vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Wohnung wurde 2017 sanft renoviert und ist etwas mehr als zweckmässig ausgestattet. (Kaffeemaschine, 55" LED TV inkl. Netflix oder Pay TV und grosszügiger Balkon). Waschmaschine steht auf Anfrage auch zur Verfügung.
