Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Manor house in a quiet and central location.

The 1929 manor house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is still only 5 minutes (on foot) from the center. The apartment was gently renovated in 2017 and is a little more than functionally equipped. (Coffee maker, 55" LED TV incl. Netflix or Pay TV and spacious balcony). A washing machine is also available on request.
