Very spacious, incredibly fresh and lovely accommodation. 10 out of 10! I slept very well my two nights even though there is noisy traffic outside (however, always sleep with earplugs.) Close to the bus that takes you into the city center and opposite there is a large grocery store. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again☺️

Just loved our stay with Monica. She was extremely flexible with our needs and when our schedule changed suddenly. When we got there the heat was already on so the apartment was warm and toasty. There was a sweet welcome note. The beds were comfortable and the comforters warm. The place was very clean. I wish our stay had been longer like we originally planned.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

We had a pleasant stay. Very clear access instructions, the accommodation is accessible by bus or on foot (20-25' from the station) in a quiet area. The studio is clean, has the necessary amenities. There's only one window. Good communication with our host Lucas, recommended!

It was a great stay! Comfortable beds, nice accommodation and very good location. The dog was very nice and the owners very nice. Really recommend this but just note that the bathroom is quite small.

We immediately felt right at home in the house! It is nice and bright, offers enough space for a family of five or six and is very centrally located. Three toilets and two shower options are wonderful! We didn't use the sauna, but it looked cozy. Overall, the house is very inviting and clean!

A very nice cosy house in a nice village bordering the woods, with all required facilities and direct access to hiking trails. Erik and his wife are welcoming hosts that are happy to help out when needed. There are bus connections to Umea, but not very frequent, so a car provides more flexibility. I had a wonderfull 5 weeks stay and will consider renting the place again whenever I will be back in Umea.

From the first minute we moved into this fabulous house in Sweden, we were just thrilled! The place exceeded all our expectations – it was not only beautifully decorated but extremely comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect for enjoying the impressive nature of Sweden while being close to charming cities and attractions. Every morning started with the wonderful view of the surrounding landscape, which was simply fantastic! The hosts were a special plus. They were incredibly helpful and always available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Not only did they provide us with valuable tips on things to do and restaurants, they also made us feel at home. Their hospitality was truly outstanding! The cleanliness and equipment of the house were also great. We didn't miss anything and everything was perfect

Wonderful location and house, just three miles from town! Communication with the host was quick and straightforward. Large and tidy house in fantastic surroundings with warm outdoor spa at the back. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and lots of lounge corners where you could sit and relax together. Felt like the house was brand new built with a lovely garden. Well-equipped, lacked nothing. Bed linens and towels were included and there were speakers so we could play music. There were also bikes to borrow if you wanted to go into town but because of the season we chose a taxi which took about 10 minutes. We were three couples visiting over a weekend, just hanging out together and cooking and playing games and swimming. How lovely!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house near Luleå! First of all, the communiamcarion with Lubomir was super easy: he responded quickly, comprehensive and kindly before and during our stay! When we arrived the place was cozyand clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the location is perfect — close to a bus stop with a bus that departs almost every 10 minutes until 6 pm, yet in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There is also a river next by from which we could see Aurora perfectly! Lubomir was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Luleå, Gammelstad and its surroundings. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Really great place to stay in Luleå! Fully equipped, powerful heating for the winters anf newly done bathroom. Everything worked great and fully equipped place. The hosts are very nice!

Apartment was clean and tidy. Heating was too hot for us but was easy to adjust to a lower temperature. Kitchen was equipped with hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. However, there were a minimum number of cooking tools, knives, knives, pots, pans, plates. Bed is narrow as indicated and mattress is very soft. With two people, you are cozy with each other. Bathroom is nice, warm and clean. Shower worked perfectly. Hard jet and warm water. Enough clean towels provided. Includes washing machine. Smart television worked well and there were free some streaming services active such as Netflix, Disney+, and Swedish TV. When we were there, it was very quiet and we didn't hear from any of the other neighbors. The apartment is part of a block of apartments spread over two floors. We very much enjoyed the apartment, snow and cold and the area. You are in the city center in no time that is within walking distance.

A very nice place, close to the lake, a bit far from the city but well connected. The room was cozy and well equipped, as you may use practically everything in the house. The host is very amicable and reactive to respond.
