Relax with family in this peaceful space. Here you live on the country side but still central. It is about 800 meters (10-15 minute walk) to central Skärhamn where you will find restaurants, grocery store, shopping, watercolor museum, swimming areas, pharmacy, liquor store. You have your own private backyard with lovely outdoor patios and a large lawn for playing. The plot is fenced in, so perfect if you have children and a dog. There is also a private entrance and parking for guests. In the yard of the host's house, there is a Labrador and 2 cats.

The upper floor contains a larger bedroom with two beds and sea views, a smaller bedroom with two beds, a living room with a bed and a toilet By the patio there is an exit to the viewpoint with magnificent views of Skärhamn and the west sea. Free car parking is available outside the house.

Very spacious and luxurious villa, literally a stone's throw from the sea. Walking distance to very child-friendly beach which also lends itself well for teenagers with jetties and jumping tower. A very lovely patio. The house has three floors where the bottom floor can be used as a private apartment if you want it, with its own kitchen, toilet, bedroom. In total the house has 5 bedrooms. Two double beds and 3 120 cm beds. There is a trampoline for the kids. A wood fired hot tub.
