Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

Skønt lille anneks med udsigt til haven

Velkommen til vores skønne lyse anneks , her er der mulighed for at bo i 3 minutters gang ned til Utterslev mose, med egen indgang og terrasse, som gerne må benyttes af gæster. Vores bolig placeret med kun 5 km til Københavns centrum og der går busser fra hoveddøren og direkte ind til København centrum. I annekset er der eget badeværelse og tekøkken, hvor det er muligt at tilberede mindre måltider. Det er muligt at overnatte op til 4 personer, 2 personer på henholdsvist hemsen og sovesofaen.

Gästhus nära havet

Ett litet charmigt gästhus (30kvm) som ligger på en naturtomt avskilt från huvudhuset hyrs ut för längre och kortare perioder. Stugan är perfekt för två personer (dubbelsäng 180 cm ), är man fler finns det en extrasäng som funkar fint för ett barn. Kök (kyl, frysbox, spis, ugn, micro) där det finns utrustning för att laga enklare måltider. Ett badrum med dusch och toalett. Inget separat sovrum utan det är öppet mellan sovdelen och kök/matplats. Gratis parkering finns ca 500 m från huset.

This questhouse in lake grounds is situated 800m to Beddingestrand beach and offers you, as a couple or the whole family, a time to relax at this peaceful place to stay. Sleeping accommdation includes double and single bed upstairs with bunkbeds and a sofa bed on the ground floor . The guesthouse is fully renovated and is fully fitted out to a high standard . Amenities include a games room with billiards and darts and bar and external ground include a lake and lovely gardens .

Strax utanför Trelleborg hyr vi ut vårt gästhus på 25kvm + loft. Ca 7 minuter med bil till närmsta strand och matbutik. 6km till Trelleborg centrum. Naturnära, mysig lugn miljö. Loftet har en dubbelmadrass och en singel. Finns extra madrass och soffa. Utrustat kök med kyl, frys och ugn/spis. Kaffe och tekokare finns tillgängligt. Fullt utrustat badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger längre ner på boningshusets tomt och det finns parkering tillgänglig för gäster.

The guesthouse is located at the same property as the main house where we live.
