It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

In old Skanör, there is this guest house, which more than 100 years ago was a stable. Now there are two bedrooms with four beds, a living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a private seating area with barbecue grill. A washing machine and dryer is available. Sheets, towels and a crib can be rented. Within walking distance are several restaurants, Ica store, gym, bus to Malmö, library and the harbor with even more restaurants and especially the fantastic sandy beach.
