A quiet neighborhood with bus connections into both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and the idyllic center of Falsterbo. On the large forest area, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for borrowing.

We can host up to 8 people were you have two separated bedrooms with king size beds, a bunk bed and a bed sofa in the TV-room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with washer/dryer. You will have your own garden with BBQ and seating area and your own parking lot. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Beaches of Falsterbo/Skanör.
