A really nice petit dune cabin in northern Mellbystrand with electricity and single toilet for two adults and two children. Drinking water, cold water shower and toilets are located at the far end of Kolonivägen and the restaurant Chill Out. Water/ toilets are also located at the bottom of Rombergs Väg. Duvets, pillows, mattress topper for sofa bed 200x140cm ( no sheets or towels ), paper towels /toilet paper/plastic bags are under the fixed bed, 110 x 185 cm. In the cabinets there are household items. Heaters are available, so also blankets in the stools.

The house is uniquely located at the mouth of Helge river with 200 meters to the sandy beach. 500 meters from the house you find cafe, bakery, camping and country shop. Åhus is 10km away with a nice selection of restaurants and amusements.

Here you live individually in a cozy cabin with proximity to Österlen and with fantastic hiking trails with the Skåneleden trail that goes past the house.
