There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft with home theater system, balcony with a little sea view, open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, large continuous wooden deck with associated gas grill and heater. The house is uniquely located at the mouth of Helge River with 200 meters to the sandy beach. 500 meters from the house you will find a café, bakery, camping and country shop. Åhus is 10 km away with a nice selection of restaurants and entertainment.

Strandstugan, dunesvägen

Petit cottage in northern Mellbystrand with electricity and simple toilet for two adults and two children. Drinking water, cold water shower and toilets are located at the far end of Kolonivägen and the restaurant Chill Out. Water/ toilets are also located at the bottom of Rombergs Väg. Duvets, pillows, mattress topper for sofa bed 200x140cm ( no sheets or towels ), paper towels /toilet paper/plastic bags are under the fixed bed, 110 x 185 cm. In the cupboards, there are household items. Heaters are available, so also blankets in the stools.

Welcome to rent our cozy 1 on Hästtorget, at the beginning of Gamleby. The apartment is located upstairs in our house, shared entrance with beautiful views of Lagan. Close to cozy restaurants, shops, grocery store, cafés, pharmacies, cinema and liquor store. We have an allergy-friendly dog in the house. The kitchen has a stove but no oven. Here you live individually in a cozy cabin with proximity to Österlen and with fantastic hiking trails with the Skåneleden trail that goes past the house.

The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.
