Stay in Loftet via Brännans Gård

At our neighboring farm Valla Gård, you can now stay in "Loftet", an apartment that has been decorated up in the stable's old granary. Here, the style is a bit Aspen-inspired with brown-stained new wooden walls while a gable wall has been allowed to retain its original board planks. The old granary staircase is also preserved, which makes the upstairs master bedroom less suitable for small children, but very cozy for anyone who can handle a steeper staircase. 2 bedrooms with room for up to five people, private kitchen, bathroom and living room.

The apartment is in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores and shops - making it easy to plan your stay. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific requests. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. The laundry room is located in the basement, it is accessed via the garden in the left part of the house - seen from the garden Some furniture has changed since the pictures were taken

Fully-equipped attic. There is a larger living room with skylights both to the north and south. Open floor plan as shown in the pictures. Fresh shower/toilet. Kitchen with oven and induction hob. A small red cast iron stove if you want to cozy up after a lovely autumn or winter walk. Double bed (two 90 cm beds put together) in the living room. There is also a smaller 90-bed in a corner. In the bedroom, there is a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. There is also a crib. Bus stop is 300 meters away. Wonderful walking paths!

Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment lights and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the property there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. You have your own entrance via a metal staircase at the back of the garage. There is a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. You also have a small balcony and access to an outdoor patio under the balcony. Located close to E20, Center Syd (a shopping centre), Barsebäcks golf course, and the ocean.

The 60 m² apartment at a height of 6 meters is perfect for relaxing as a couple. When the weather permits, we sit together in the evening by the large campfire. Our property has 20 hectares of fenced pasture and forests and invites you to take extensive walks.
