The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Beautiful nature regardless of the season and several lakes. Grocery store, restaurants and train and bus station are located in Vittsjö village. Guests have access to a rowboat, two kayaks and fishing from the jetty. Golf course, elk safari, waffle cottage and Skåneleden are located in the nearby area. Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

Dream cottage in Björkefall

”Dröm torpet” is placed in the southern Sweden, in the Northwestern part off Blekinge just 2 hours from Cophagen Airport. The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. There are plenty of opportunities to go fishing, hiking or see moose’s or deer’s near the house

Cozy cabin in the woods with sauna close to lake!

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

Stay in a cozy log cabin in the middle of the forest, 100 meters from the lake! Beautiful surroundings, many places to walk and relax in nature both in summer and winter. Vallåsen Park, which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country ski trails, is only 25 minutes from our cottage. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

Svarta House - Silent Nature

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.

Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Here you wake up overlooking beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the hooping of the owls in the evening. Take a relaxing ride in the rowboat on the lake.

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
