Guests have access to a rowboat, two kayaks and fishing from the jetty. Golf course, elk safari, waffle cottage and Skåneleden are located in the nearby area. Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. Palm House at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the northern part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower, Palmhuset. This is a very unique building where you get a place to stay like no other. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco, murals, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone patio with Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house are Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. In the winter months, it can get a little cold, then you can crawl up on the couch and light a fire in the stove.

The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
