In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations, e.g. Golf, Skånes Djurpark, Skåneleden 50 m, hiking trails, etc. Note: The apartment does not share an entrance, parking space or patio with the house.

Beautiful nature regardless of the season and several lakes. Grocery store, restaurants as well as train and bus station are located in Vittsjö village. Guests have access to rowing boat, two kayaks, and fishing from the dock. Golf course, moose safari, waffle cottage and Skåneleden are located in the nearby area. Skånes Djurpark is reached by 45 minutes drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bear, lynx and other Nordic animal species live in their natural environment. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

The Palm House at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the northern part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower, Palmhuset. This is a very unique building where you get a place to stay like no other. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco, murals, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone patio with Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house are Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. In the winter months, it can get a little cold, then you can crawl up on the couch and light a fire in the stove.

Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cottage is all by itself on a cape. There is one bedroom and one sofa bed . Electricity is available and all amenities like fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer , stove and contemporary decor . No running water without water on a can. Drainage is in the kitchen. There is an incineration toilet but no shower.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
