Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on a small closed gravel road in a quiet cottage area. Large, almost completely enclosed, undisturbed plot with sun all day. Possibility for ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and access to the sun courtyard. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the sun courtyard.

Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round usable and insulated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

2 minutes to the beach, 2 meters to the forrest

Cozy and nice summer house (79 sqr. meters). Close proximity to the beach and the forrest. Last house on the street before the beach, and only 200 meters to Denmark's best and very child friendly beach. Large southern terrace with lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun, nature and the silence. The living room has a woodturning stove with windows, as well as a heating pump and air conditioning. The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

Cozy, classic cottage on a large natural plot. You enter a cozy kitchen that is connected to a dining room with a wood-burning stove. In the living room, there is a lovely view of the garden. Two smaller but well-utilized bedrooms as well as inviting annex in the garden. Smaller, newly renovated bathroom with shower. The house looks inviting and bright. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200). Bedroom 2: good sofa bed: 140x200. Annex: smaller double bed (120x200) with good mattress.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Personligt indrettet, smukt, hyggeligt og velfungerende fritidshus i nærhed til strand, skov og smukke naturområder. Passer godt til en kæreste tur, hygge med veninder eller en lille get away til fred og ro. I sommerferie er det bare dejligt, at bruge det udendørs rum og der er god plads til en lille familie evt. større børn kan sove i egen afd. i annexet. Der er mulighed for at sove udendørs, lave bål, lave mad ude og nyde livet på trædækket med og uden overdækning.
