A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
