The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on small enclosed gravel road in quiet cottage area. Large almost completely enclosed, secluded plot with sun all day. Possibility of ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and exit to the sun farm. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. Here's room for everyone, whether you want to put a puzzle or read, play, or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located on their own distribution hall with sliding doors to the sun farm.

The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

A peaceful place surrounded by tall birch trees with the ocean moments away, this home is sure to connect you with the elements of nature while inviting a sense of calmness. Perfect for those looking to slow down and have calm, quiet days. The closest beach is a 5min walk away but the area offers a variety of beautiful beaches. Tir bakery is within walking distance along with Olga’s grill and ice cream shop and the local town of Havnebyen is 5km away which has all your shopping needs.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Vores skønne sommerhus er ideel for børnefamilier, og er et dejligt sted at have base for diverse udflugtsmål i området. Huset ligger på en naturgrund fyldt med lyng, som blomster i juli og august. I nærheden finder du en dejlig stenstrand. Efter en tur i havet kan man skylle sig i vores udendørsbruser, som både har koldt og varmt vand. Huset har en stor skøn terrasse mod syd, hvor I finder bambus lounge møbler, liggestole og et spisearrangement med grillområde.

På Sjællands Odde, omgivet af havet fra både syd og nord, ligger dette sommerhus og oser af 70'er-stemning med træbeklædte vægge i fyrretræ. Den stilfulde indretning med loppefund blandet med en nordisk æstetik sætter rammen for dejlige stunder i familiens eller venners lag. Hele sommeren er der rig mulighed for at flytte livet ud i haven. Her kan I tage karbad midt på terrassen, og der er fri leg blandt rutsjebane, sandkasse og havens mange hemmelige kroge.

The area is natural and quiet, and is known for having one of the most beautiful sunsets, as well as wildlife that brings the wild animals close by. The cottage is only 200 meters from the beach where there is lovely bathing water. 50 meters down the beach there is also a bathing bridge.
