The house has 2 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom, the living room can accommodate 1 more person. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and on the terrace by the pool there is an outdoor kitchen with a bread oven and a barbecue. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool 8x5m and another building with a sauna and another bathroom.

Guests have access to a 52 m² private pool, sauna, jacuzzi, terrace and a 4,000 m² property. The villa offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, a fully equipped kitchen, darts, table football, trampoline and volleyball. Three bicycles and one e-bike can be rented for €10 per bike per day. Svetvinčenat and Žminj are nearby, while Rovinj and Poreč are ideal for day trips.
