Vacation rentals with a patio in Sivas

This was one of the nicest AirBnB apartments I have rented. What was responsive to questions prior to the trip, arranging taxi service from the airport. Even though our flight was two hours late and we didn't arrive until 10 pm she was there to greet us and show us the apartment. Her restaurant recommendations were outstanding. Finally, the location on the outskirts of Old Town Rethymno could not have been better. I enthusiastically recommend this place!

The apartment is spacious and the terrace is very large with electronic canopy. The hot tub was well heated and very clean, including an outdoor shower on the terrace. The sunset is beautiful to watch from the terrace and the restaurants are within walking distance. The access road is adventurous, but doable. Very quiet neighborhood and beach about 100 meters away.

Giorgio’s place was beautiful and well maintained. He was always very responsive (Ben when we locked ourselves out) and gave us recommendations for the local super market and an AMAZING place for dinner. The home was very comfortable with a beautiful sea view and had everything we needed.

Elena is a nice and accommodating hostess. We were able to contact her at any time, received feedback very quickly and she inquired about our well-being in the accommodation. The place is very clean, well equipped and you have your privacy. It looks exactly like the pictures. The property is very quiet. You need a car to do activities. We can only recommend the place and Elena as a host! ☺️

We arrives at 10PM, Eleny and her daughter welcomed us, we did not know where we would be able to eat but Eleny had prepared a great meal for us, we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was impeccable and had many equipments. Everyday Eleny has surprised us with différent breakfasts (and she is a really good cook as well). She has great recommendations and contacts to help you with any activity you would like to try. Even when the weather gets hot the couse keeps cool we did not Even had to use the A/C once which was really appreciated. We would stay here again with out hesitation

The apartment was very nice with a spectacular view. It was all within walking distance. And the hosts were super friendly and always available.

A very nice apartment with everything you need. Right on the beach. View from the balcony is simply fantastic, we enjoyed having breakfast there every morning. The car could be parked easily on the street. Would book the apartment again at any time without ifs and buts.

The house is truly something special. The interior and design of the house is super tasteful and combines traditional Crete with modern elements. Everything in the house was spotless and brand-new. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and the courtyard was very cosy. We can only recommend this gem of house at Crete. The location is a little remote but perfect to relax and enjoy Crete off the beaten paths. We hope we will come back. Also the village where the house is located is so picturesque. Amazing local tavern with great authentic food are in walking distance.

We had a wonderful two weeks at this rental. Sthatis and Alexandra were fantastic hosts, very responsive and accommodating. The house is exactly like the photos (minus the hanging chairs- but they were not missed). It is ade up of two separate apartments each with 2 bedrooms. It is well equipped and gets the most beautiful sunsets, perfect for an evening barbeque . If you wish to explore the island you will definitely need a car but it is wonderfully located between many of the islands attractions and accessible from both airports. The lovely maid (whose name I cannot remember- sorry!) attended twice. We had some unusual weather while we were there, including a sandstorm which coated the entire area in dust, but Stathis and Alexandra had organised the following day to have the outdoor areas cleaned and the pool water serviced so that we could use the facilities, which we were very impressed by. Overall it was a fantastic choice and we would recommend it to anybody considering staying

We stayed as a family of six, four adults and two children (8 and 5). The set up was really comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The outdoor pool area is great and our two kids loved it - especially as there were lots of inflatables left to play with. We arrived at 3am. Xristos offered to meet us, but when we suggested with young children we'd prefer just to get in and get to bed, then meet up after it was no problem at all. We had instructions to call when we arrived, and the gate was opened for us. We were blown away by how well supplied the house was. Xristos was in touch in the week before to check if we needed anything in particular and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to start our holiday. Then we had a delivery of local fruit and wild artichokes as they were in season. Amazing. There was a dust storm before we arrived. Xristos promptly sorted this too. A great and relaxed place to stay, with an unbelievably good host. Thanks!

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

We had some incredibly quiet moments, the villa matches the photos. Note that the occupants of the villa above can see you, which bothered us a lot, and that if there are children in the house next door it takes away a bit from the alone in the world feeling with the noise. If not, it's great.

We spent a week at Eva's place, in a very quiet location surrounded by nature - including beautiful views of the sea. The nearest beach is within walking distance, tamarisk trees even provide shade for longer stays. The nearby village of Lendas has nice taverns and 2 small mini-markets for everyday items. Eva is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The atmosphere in the accommodation, with other residents, is cozy and pleasant. The lovingly furnished amenities of the room offer everything you need in everyday life and are also very comfortable for just lingering. We will be happy to come back.

What a beautiful home! We had such a great time we can’t wait to be back. Lots of privacy, surrounded by nature and a short walk from the beach. The house provided everything one could wish for, a comfortable bed, very well thought out kitchen with everything in the right place, a lovely bathroom, good A/C, the whole place is very tastefully designed… but the highlight was the terrace! Shaded, private, we enjoyed the hammock and the sound of crickets while gazing at the sea. Christos was an excellent host, extremely responsive, helpful and always nice and warm to us. We were also welcomed with wine, fruits and even groceries left by the owner, which made us feel at home right away! Not to mention all the delicious treats. Truly phenomenal stay, thank you again!

The location is special, we celebrated it. Beautifully located. Totally quiet and a little off the beaten path. We were feeling absolutely safe. The local restaurants were just open at the beginning of May - it's village-like. Car is necessary. The prices fair, the people friendly. Visiting free-living cats. A cat has born her kittens near the accommodation and feels part of the house. The first micromarket is 5 minutes away, in Gazi (10 min) there are larger shopping opportunities. The bathroom is small and like everything about the house lovingly designed. From the height of 180 cm, the use of the toilet requires some flexibility because of the legroom. The house is a dream if you want to relax and come down.

Great stay! The apartment is very well furnished and clean—feels like new. Stefanos was a perfect host—always responsive, and he was flexible about my check-in. I’d highly recommend.

Loved the huge deck. Across street from beautiful beach where you could rent chairs and an umbrella and order food and drink. Walk to dozens of all kinds of different restaurants right on the “the strip” and in the old town.

Very nice apartment in a very good location, close to the sea, shops and restaurants. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Marirena provided me with all the clear and accurate information as soon as I arrived. I spent almost 3 weeks there, a real joy, I would go back without hesitation! Very nice accommodation with its large balcony. It's nice to be greeted and to have breakfast available. Very good location to visit most of the must-see places. Recommended!

Fabulous attentive host. Light bright spacious apartment with a lift. Generous welcome pack , great walk in shower, large extremely comfortable beds and nice fresh linen. Large Windows and sliding doors onto two terraces , one with the hot tub! Sunset and sea views from both terraces. Close to bars and restaurants with Indigos our favourite just across the road on the beach front. We hired a car from the host and went on an adventure. Definitely the way to see Crete! The mountainous centre is fantastic and you get to discover other great places. Recommend Evita beach Bali which is just 30 mins along the coast. Truly a piece of heaven. Very sad to leave!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Anna was a super helpful host. We worked from her place for a week. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. It’s only a short walk into town - which is very charming. The beach across the road has crystal clear water - even if there is some debris on the sand. The road is a bit noisy - but the doors keep out the noise. Anna’s place is spacious and very well appointed with everything you could need. Thanks to Anna for the late check out as well!

Excellent location, very clean and large apartment Comfortable beds, good quality air conditioning that is adjustable in each rooms Provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby which was very helpful Few steps up into the apartment, but then there is a lift to get luggage up Beautiful view, unfortunately the balcony was out of action for our stay as they were replacing the railing with a glass one - this did make it a challenge to dry clothes, but hopefully wont be an issue for others. Kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped, though we didn't need to do much cooking. Would have been good to have some cupboard essentials provided that you don't want to have to buy like condiments, coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc.

I loved my stay, Georgia and her husband are the nicest of hosts and I felt like at home. The location is the best in Heraklion. 10 minutes walk to city center, less to nearby grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby, several quite posh. I could see the sea from the roof top and the hot tub was excellent. 10/10 experience.
