Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The house was gorgeous and so close to the town and the beach (which is one of the best beaches we’ve ever seen). Thank you Giovanna for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😀

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . Great hostess! Great location! We were there in early May and we felt like the only ones on the hill. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Accommodation is ok for the price. However, this does not invite you to linger. It's enough for the night, but it's uncomfortable. The bed is very old and there is no way to heat it when it gets a little colder. So take warm clothes for cold nights. The location is all the more beautiful and the view is great!

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly approach to my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge upon arrival. A shop a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this place. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with nice people again. Best regards🌸

Serena's apartment is lovingly decorated and clean with a beautiful, modern bathroom. It is located in a very nice and well-kept garden. Unfortunately, the opening of the pool was delayed due to cleaning work, but of course Serena was not responsible for this. She was always available and responded quickly to any questions that arose. We were able to check in earlier and were also allowed to check out later to use the pool at least on the day of departure. We had a great time overall, but I recommend a car because of the location. You should also bring a basic set of food, as due to the Italian regulations on vacation rentals, basic things such as salt/pepper, oil and the like are missing, which we did not know. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances (even a large freezer compartment and a real oven are available). We only missed a dishwasher. We can recommend the property!

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Well where do I start apart from just Wow! Wow! Wow! The vista just takes your breath away, from a huge picture windows and out in the beautifully kept gardens surrounded by mountains. It’s an ideal location to easily reach multiple amazing breathtaking beaches within less than 15minutes drive. As well as having 3 small private intimate beaches within a 7 minute walk of the villa. The villa itself is beautifully constructed with Sardinia stone making it blend into the uninterrupted surroundings. The bed was very comfortable and the whole villa very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all of the pots pans needed. with plastic plates and cups to eat out on the beautiful patio without the worry of breaking class or crockery. They too are also provided. The villa and path leading to it is well light at night, and the area very safe to walk around in the evenings. Rosy was an amazing host. Extremely attentive and helpful, and responded very quickly. We will be back for sure❤️

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

Alessandro is a very good host and speaks German very well. He was always friendly and always available! The location of the apartment is as shown in the pictures. Just across the small street and you are on the beach. The apartment was handed over to us very clean. After the briefing in the apartment, he gave tips for exploring the island, as well as great restaurant recommendations. All important services (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance. Parking is possible on the street without any problems. Alessandro's parents live in the apartment above and are very welcoming. The neighborhood also often stopped for a conversation at the fence. We felt very welcome and can only recommend it. Such a beautiful location. We were met in person , and shown around the apartment. It was very comfortable, we were given welcoming drinks and cake. The best feature is the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. We would definitely recommend this apartment

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

We had a lovely stay at Martino’s. We spoke mainly with their daughter that provided clear guidance and instructions prior and during our stay. The place is as described and the beach just as you walk out of the gate is amazing! The owners were friendly and were always ensuring we were having a good stay. Will definitely stay again!
