We had a wonderful stay at Valentinas apartment. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare our own food. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed there with our toddler - he could play on the ground because everything was tidy and toddler safe. Valentina prepared a cozy baby bed. Check-in was flexible and the appartment is located just one kilometer from the beach. I definitly recommend the appartment.

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. A peaceful haven in the immediate vicinity of San Teodoro, the well-equipped accommodation is located in a green setting beautifully decorated by Barbara. The outdoor shower in the middle of the fig trees, with views of the bay, is pure bliss. Small vegetable garden with aromatic herbs, salads, onions, and delicious lemons 🍋 Barbara is an attentive, considerate, discreet host, with very good advice, she helped us with all our reservations, and she is a real ray of sunshine, a bundle of kindness and humor. You can book without a second thought.

For us as a family very practical with 2 rooms (for our child). The outdoor area is also beneficial with children to play outside. Only to note (not to be criticized), you pay attention to the many mosquitoes and should be equipped well beforehand, we were literally "attacked" outside. But all the mosquito nets on the windows were an advantage so that they could also be left open at night.

We immediately fell in love with this place. The view from the home is unbelievably breathtaking. We got in very early and they allowed us to have early check in which was a tremendous relief and made our day so much more enjoyable having the extra time after getting settled. We were welcomed by the host who let us in and showed us around. We are so grateful for a wonderful and memorable experience in Cala Gonone!! ♥️

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

Beautiful location right next to the beach and close walking distance of restaurants bars etc. Lovely walk into the town along the beech pathway. Great peaceful balcony to sit out on. Lovely kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy clean beds.

They were always available to resolve any issues before and during the stay. The house is just as shown in the photos. The bed is comfortable and overall meets all expectations. You are very comfortable in the house. Good communication to visit the eastern part of the island. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay in Cala Gonone. Ioana was extremely helpful and hospitable and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. She gave us many helpful suggestions for things to do in the area and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside terrace and spent a lot of time eating meals on the terrace and enjoying the views. The location was within short walking distance to the city centre and multiple supermarkets which was very convenient. The neighbourhood within which this apartment is located is very peaceful and quiet. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend staying here!

If I could give this apartment more than 5 stars I would. The pictures will not do it justice for the balcony view that greets you upon arrival. The location is so stunning, the hosts are very helpful and informative and one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed. The apartment has everything you need and just a few steps from the beach. We can’t wait to return in future! Thankyou! 🩵

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a plane delay. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and with temperatures a little low in early May. Great value and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafes, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is very nice and convenient. The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.
