Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Silver Spring

Rozina was an amaing host; communicative, friendly and flexible. Check in was easy and the intior was clean and cozy yet Modern. The shower was really cool and snacks were provided. Unfortunately the location was awful. We were very disappointed. The Airbnb is a couple of feet from a major road and the road noise was extremely loud and heard clearly all night in the bedroom, which effected our sleep. We were also close to unsafe neighbors and unfinished roads/construction. The bed also creaked with any small movement. Overall our stay was pleasant but do not stay here if you are a light sleeper.

Staying at Melissa's place was a GREAT experience! I booked it a full 12 months in advance of UMD graduation so I could find a home away from home for my large family. It was perfect! The house is insanely clean and we appreciated the no-shoe policy. The kitchen had everything we could ever need and we even used the crockpot! Having 2 kitchens made dinners so easy and the extra fridge was more important than I realized it would be (as was the wine cooler :) Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. The yard was so nice so we took some grad photos outside. I wish we could have enjoyed the firepit but we had 3 days of rain. The location is super close to a great restaurant (El Aguila, get the large margarita!). The house is about 20 mins to College Park, away from crowds and easy to travel back and forth and in a peaceful neighborhood. I've stayed in 11 BnB's and this was, by far, the very best! Don't hesitate to book!

la maison est magnifique, nous étions 7 et nous ne sommes pas marché dessus. Un beau jardin avec barbecue mis à disposition. Un quartier très agréable et calme. Bref si je reviens à Washington DC je relouerais cette maison sans aucune hésitation. merci a l'hôte Le qui est très réactive et gentille.

We stayed at Marie’s home while attending an event at the University of Maryland. We did have to drive anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to get to the places we needed to go (the university and metro), but it was the perfect location for us. It was incredibly peaceful, beautiful and relaxing on her property. The unit itself was in the basement of her home and we felt very safe and comfortable. Marie gave us plenty of privacy and responded quickly when we did need something. Zero complaints would highly recommend

After communicating prior to booking this beautiful Airbnb, Jennifer was very responsive and helpful in allowing our boys to stay in her beautiful home. They attended a concert and needed a place to stay after singing their hearts out all night long to Post Malone. Both boys raved about how clean it was and how safe they felt and they were super excited about the snacks that she left them. Anthony even told me whenever we visit again that he wants to stay there again. Thank you so much for taking care of our boys.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Michelle’s place. The accommodations were top notch and we felt right at home. Michelle is an incredible host, responsive, proactive, and flexible and pleasant. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Logement propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et décoré. Beau quartier résidentiel, calme, arboré. Proche de la station de bus qui vous emmène rapidement à une station de métro pour le centre ville et les différents sites touristiques. Place de parking pour un véhicule. Logement qui mérite largement ses bonnes appréciations. Je recommande vivement.

My family and I absolutely loved the cottage in on the hill! It was just the right amount of space for everyone. Ed’s welcome book had everything we needed to know about the house. I would recommend this house to anyone and would stay again.

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Uche’s place exceeded our expectations! The building and unit were clean and quiet, with all amenities as listed. He went above and beyond with thoughtful touches! If we had forgotten anything, he had already thought of it! He provided robes, slippers, and a large umbrella for inclement weather in addition to a comprehensive digital reference for the unit and local spots. We would recommend to anyone visiting Alexandria!

Mark was a great host and I enjoyed my short respite at his location. Everything felt clean and new and was designed with thought and care. The outward facing garden was lovely to look at in the morning and while heading to bed. Thank you so much Mark for such a comfortable stay.

Dale and Morgan’s place was the perfect escape to the city. We could’ve moved right in - ha! They were gracious hosts, so helpful with anything we needed, and very approachable/personable. And I can’t say enough about their space. It was bright (despite being on a lower level), stylish, extremely comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need in a short-term stay. Or a longer stay for that matter - like I said, we could’ve moved right in! The back patio and front garden were also a welcome feature for just grabbing some fresh air or enjoying your coffee in the morning, without having to leave your accommodations. We can’t wait to go back! What are you waiting for? Book it now!

Omq we had an amazing time at David’s place everything was so incredible. I would recommend if you are visiting DC, you won’t regret it at. I’m telling you i didn’t want to leave the place lol but love the space & the area safe location. Parking is great over there as well no problems at all, just loved everything about it thank you again David ☺️

Stayed at Erin’s place for a night and wish it was longer! The room is steps away from the restaurant I met with my friends at. It is situated near all that Del Ray and the rest of Alexandria has to offer. In addition, the bed was quite comfortable and the suite itself is quite luxurious.

My stay was great. Randy was friendly and communicative and the place was 100% as it was described.

Jenna's place was great ~ it's exactly as described. We found it peaceful & relaxing, and we liked the proximity to public transportation.

This is a rare find and a real treat. I was visiting DC from the UK and had originally planned to stay in a hotel in downtown but as I live in a quiet English village I was worried about lack of sleep from the big city buzz. I searched for an Airbnb (as I always favour these v hotels) which highlighted safety and peace - and Celia's lovely apartment came up. This is such a fabulous place to stay in DC: very quiet and safe area, no night time noise, within 5 minutes of the metro station for a quick same-line journey to the centre, and very clean and comfortable. I loved every minute. The icing on the cake is it's such a great value. Thank you so much, Celia.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

This is a perfect place for my family members to stay when they are visiting from out of town. The location is perfect, the place is cute and clean. We will definitely reserve again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!
