Absolutely perfect stay! From check-in to check-out, everything about our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The place was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, with great restaurants and parks just a short walk away. The hosts were incredible, super flexible, kind, and always quick to communicate. We felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. This will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we’re in the area again. Highly recommend!

Stacey's guest house was perfect! It exceeded expectations. Stacey is a great host. Her place is very clean, very comfortable, very close to Washington DC, and the neighborhood is fantastic. It was a great place to stay. The days we went were quite rainy, and the house looked like a homestay nestled in the woods. The house was kept clean, cozy, and quiet, just what I needed after a long tiresome day. I enjoyed their book collections as well. Although, I couldn't make use of the local suggestions they had in the house, I'm sure it was well-curated. Overall, a fantastic stay in a safe place.

Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

The place was amazing, me and my girlfriend stayed for a week and loved every moment of it. The place was quiet and felt like our own apartment throughout the entire stay. The drive to dc was longer than expected (30-40 minutes) but that comes with city traffic of course. Over all an amazing stay and would 100% recommend if you are ok with paying for parking in dc.

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at Autumn's place. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to walk to daily mass at the neighborhood Catholic Church, which was a real treat for us! Autumn was very responsive and accommodating to all of our questions and requests. We had groceries delivered to make breakfast a few mornings and that was really nice. Her place has all the amenities we needed for our stay. Finally, this was the easiest checkout experience we've ever had using AirBnB!

The apartment was just as shown in the photos and was very well equipped. Tony provided everything I could possibly need for my stay in Washington. The neighborhood is truly lively, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The best part: the metro station is just three blocks away. Tony responded promptly to my requests, which were actually very few. The stairs and the upstairs floor could be a bit noisy at times, but only briefly and early in the day. Tony is very kind, and now that I’ve discovered the NoMa neighborhood, I would definitely stay at his place again without hesitation.

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

This was a great place to stay in DC. I feel like I lucked out finding this booking. We booked for a week while we were visiting DC. There were six of us- and while we were at the maximum capacity, we all felt like we had plenty of space. Most of our time was spent exploring the museums and city. The apartment was very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. The beds were comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which was wonderful to have. There was plenty of on street parking. We all really appreciated the small, private outdoor patio area; it was a great spot to have coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is really lovely- very walkable. There is a monastery within walking distance that is open from 9-5 for tours and is really worth the visit.

This Airbnb is aesthetic, cozy, and easy to find. My honey and I loved staying here. The space was beautiful and conveniently located. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. Antonio was very prompt with responses. We would definitely recommend this stay and would come back again without a second thought.

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Jacob's place. The apartment is comfortable, clean and roomy. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen seemed well stocked and was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a nice walking trail very nearby. Jacob is very nice and came and greeted us as soon as we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Serena allowed me to park on her property which saved me the trouble and money for paid parking. She was communicative and kind. The house is a 2 minute Uber or an easy walk to the Metro, and about 25 minutes to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Michael's place has minimalist yet cozy style, simple and clean. I love the stairway approach to the basement apartment, it feels so intimate, private, and secure. The neighborhood felt very quiet and walkable, though I did not spend much time there. Bonus for the bikeshare station across the street. Michael's amazing instructions and descriptions precluded my needing to communicate with him much directly, but when I did, he was prompt in his response and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if it is available.

Great place to stay. Private and cozy with up to date appliances and cookware. We will definitely reserve another stay when we're in town. Erik is an amazing host with sincere concern and consideration for his guest.

Lavelles place was an absolute joy to stay at. The location is peaceful and quiet and very clean. The apartment is fully functional with all the amenities a traveling businessman needs and even a vacationer visiting the city. If I could give this place 20 stars I would. Lavelle is a consummate professional who immediately answered my text messages and questions that I had about the following: Door locks How to get to the location How to take out the trash Having an adequate workstation Meeting him in person was even better as he was such a gracious, warm and hospitable professional. I plan to tell everyone I encounter and that is many about his location. I truly enjoyed my stay and cant wait to come back again.

Wow! You will not go wrong with this place. Centrally located yet private. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. The home itself has everything you could need, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Make sure to take a walk throughout the woods in the back. Stunning!

David and Ang's place was exactly as described. Clean, and stocked with everything needed. They sent us clear instructions on how to access the apartment. They even gave us recommendations on local places to order delivery. Parking can be tough to find, but they also gave us advice on that as well. We had a great time in DC and with these hosts! (we are ready to go back to our small town living haha).

Nice place to stay in a great neighborhood! Close to metro and several parks

We had a wonderful stay at Jason's place. It is clean and feels like home. The bed is very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower is great, the kitchen is a real kitchen, well stocked with pot, pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, cups and small appliances. Although we didn't use the washer and dryer nor the heater and air conditioning, they are all very nice to have depending on when you go and how long you stay. The neighborhood is very safe, we had no problem walking outside at night. One great feature of Jason's place is that there are motion sensor lights in the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom which makes navigating at night very easy. We are very happy that we found Jason's place. We highly recommend it.

Second time that we stayed there. This time was 2 weeks. Perfect spot after long days of sightseeing and enjoying all there is to do. Bed, shower and TV made our down time very comfortable.
