House vacation rentals in Silver Spring

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Gladys has a lovely home. We enjoyed spending time in the heated pool and loved hearing about Gladys’s stories. The stay was perfect and had everything we needed. Make sure to try the sauna after a swim in the pool! Thank you very much for hosting us and hope to be back soon!

I came with a group of girls to visit DC and Andy was a very responsive host, always trying to help us feel as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the large space that was there and it was comfortable for us.

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I had such a great experience staying at Raquel’s place! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Raquel was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

This place is fantastic for a stay. Daniel is super communicative and quick to respond. Plus, the pool is impeccably clean.

I think this was a wonderful place no problems at all just at the end when we was accused of something that was not when we went around we mop and everything and it was not but overall I really liked him

This was the best rental that we’ve ever stayed in. The photos did not do it justice. The rental was updated beautifully with a mixture of old and new which made the place inviting and charming. The listing and photos matched exactly. We appreciated the communication from the host letting us know of places to visit in DC. We are planning a return trip and will book this place again. My friends and I had a lovely stay at Michelle’s place. The accommodations were top notch and we felt right at home. Michelle is an incredible host, responsive, proactive, and flexible and pleasant. We will definitely try to stay here again!

The stay at Melissa’s property was great. The home exceeding our expectations. Melissa checked on our group to see how we were doing and enjoying our stay. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Five minute drive from grocery store and about 10 minutes from Metro Rail Station (Red Line). The kitchen was fully equipped and more than enough towels for everyone. The washer wasn’t working but Melissa told me if anyone needed laundry done, she would have her team to come and pick up the laundry. We didn’t needed but that extra extension of hospitality stood out. I can on and on about our stay but I would stay there again and recommend anyone visiting the DC area, to stay at her property. Again thank you for making hospitality.

A beautiful home with a great view and enough space for our team and coaches.. It’s in a great location with easy access to everything in D.C and the surrounding area. Will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy and well-maintained home in Arlington. The rooms and restroom were clean and comfortable. Spaces like the kitchen and living area were spacious and tidy. The neighborhood is by a busy road, so you will hear a bit of road noise. However, it was safe and quiet late in the night. It had easy access to local amenities and major roads. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this place to others. visiting the area.

Jennifer's place was amazing! It had everything we needed for an awesome stay in DC! Jennifer was extremely responsive and fast! we had an issue with the oven and her husband came over right away and fixed it! I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit DC but doesn't want to stay downtown. super close to the Metro rail so we would park there and ride in to the city. we had 5 adults and 1 older child and there was more than enough room for everyone!

This home is beautiful with a great open layout and a fantastic backyard. Street parking was always available right in front of the house, which made things super easy. Great stay—highly recommend!

Rozina was an amaing host; communicative, friendly and flexible. Check in was easy and the intior was clean and cozy yet Modern. The shower was really cool and snacks were provided. Unfortunately the location was awful. We were very disappointed. The Airbnb is a couple of feet from a major road and the road noise was extremely loud and heard clearly all night in the bedroom, which effected our sleep. We were also close to unsafe neighbors and unfinished roads/construction. The bed also creaked with any small movement. Overall our stay was pleasant but do not stay here if you are a light sleeper.

Just stayed this weekend!! it was 4 of us staying and spacious and accommodating for all of us!! 100% recommend, hosts were absolutely amazing!! Beautiful space and great if you have a pet!! We definitely want to stay here again!

This was a beautiful home, my friends and I felt more than comfortable staying here and Abel was more than helpful making us feel welcome!

Rolando is a great host-very friendly and responsive. We had several very nice conversations and were quite impressed with his garden. The apartment was quiet and very well furnished. The location is perfect--although the street is very quiet, it is walkable to Wheaton Mall (including a Costco and Giant supermarket), a huge variety of ethnic restaurants, and the Wheaton Metro Station. All in all, I highly recommend a stay.

This is a beautiful home! Well stocked kitchen, complete with a coffee bar. High quality linens and thoughtful touches like premium bath products in all of the bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Multiple remote work desk or work options with fast wifi. Our family felt right at home. Callie is super responsive and provided very detailed check-in and check-out instructions. Great value for the rate charged. We will definitely stay there again.

My family and I stayed for a week, we were comfortable and it felt just like home. We met our host who was very kind and helpful too. I definitely recommend staying here.

What a fantastic location and incredible value! We were in the area to attend our grandniece’s graduation from the University of Maryland. This lovely Airbnb was perfectly situated so that we could participate in the graduation ceremonies, visit local sites and enjoy many of the excellent restaurants nearby. When we began our search for accommodations we found Genene’s listing and quickly knew it was what we wanted. A lovely studio! Our host Genene’s communication skills were impressive. She was incredibly responsive to all our questions and requests. We asked for additional non-listed items like a coffee pot (not Keurig which was already provided) and additional chair for the workstation and she graciously provided what was requested and more. Property and surrounding neighborhood were safe and conducive to dog walking. We coincidentally had the opportunity to meet Genene and those conversations were welcoming and engaging. The studio was exactly as described and comfortable.
