Great place to stay! The house was exactly as described and very clean. We had everything we needed. The distant to the metro was perfect and we used it daily. Meredith is an amazing host and she went above and beyond to make our stay feel right at home!

I stayed for a couple nights at Dan's place. It was very comfy and very safe. He is highly responsive and helpful. I will definitely try and stay here again next time im in town!

Stephanie’s place was super conveniently located for our needs, has great little restaurants within 100 feet, was super clean and secure with easy parking. The second bedroom is more like a tiny office with a trundle bed. It was totally comfortable and enough space for me but it would have been good for me to know that just to know what to expect. Black out curtains would make that room a little better as well, it’s very light in the morning so harder to sleep in. That said, loved the place and would highly recommend. We needed to be near Georgetown and Takoma Park and both were very close. Stephanie - while I never met her - was so helpful and responsive at all times. 🌸

I sent my parents on a quick getaway to relax and spend some time together, and they had an amazing experience. The space was beautiful and very relaxing. They truly enjoyed themselves and spoke highly of the location. They would love to come back as soon as possible! Ivan was a great host and very responsive whenever they had any questions. Wonderful stay all around.

The apartment building is situation in a prime location near restaurants, grocery stores etc, The host that I communicated with was Rodrigo who is an absolute Super Host. He is always available to assist and responds almost immediately. The apartment however is located across the road from a 7Eleven which makes it very noisy and quite disruptive if you are looking for a quiet place. I would recommend that block out curtains be put in the bedroom as sleeping is also a challenge due the amount of light that filters through due to the 7Eleven's 24hrs street lighting. The apartment itself is great though.

Rosalyn's House was laid out perfectly, with lots of natural light and beautiful views of the gardens outside. The two-tone paint on the walls in the living area and nicely selected art was definitely a step above the average rental house. The Kitchen was one of the best equipped we have seen, and we loved the coffee options. The appliances were top notch. Rosalyn was always available to help us with questions and respond with help. The home was clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!

My stay was great and within walking distance of family. Jothi’s place was exactly as described. It was comfortable and quiet!

Me and my family went for our daughter UMD Graduation and this location was amazing. Just 15 minutes away. Hardly any traffic getting there with multiple ways in and out. The house was PERFECT, in the sense that had everything we needed and more. Super spacious and great neighborhood. This was my first interaction renting a property for 8 days and the entire process was flawless. If I ever need to comeback to the DC area, I will most definitely reach out again to DaJuan. Thank you for everything you did for us.

Overall the fam & I loved it. The king air mattress & regular bed were both super comfy. Having off street parking was very helpful (had 2 cars, made it flexible to park both next to the rental). Street parking came very easy as well. The rental felt cozy and at home. We'll be keeping this listing in mind next time we're visiting DC. Walkable to union market & 930 club neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

Matt was very friendly and communicative. We had a slight issue and he was responsive and came to check it out and remediate as needed. The place was clean and had a nice kitchen for making light snacks.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.

If you are seeking a clean and convenient place to stay to enjoy the National Harbor, look no farther! Not only was the condo a perfect getaway, but Kenny is extremely kind and a great communicator! He made sure our anniversary getaway was everything we hoped for! Definitely recommend!

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

Nearly a perfect place for our one Week stay in DC. The equipment in the unit and the building ist perfect. Easy to check in with the guide, smooth contact and timely help during the stay. Not complaining but the cleaning of the sofa and the carpet could’ve been more thorough.
