Vacation rentals with a patio in Silicon Valley

We stayed at the apartment while our house was getting remodeled. The location is great—walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the patio was a great addition. The first-floor location and the large trees make the apartment cooler, but also a little dark. Overall, we had a good stay, and Cosme has been very responsive and flexible with our change of plans!

Great place to stay in Half Moon Bay. You can walk to Surfer’s Beach, Drive to Mavericks. Place looks like the photos. Beds comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Shower is great. Toilet seat is high end and cleansing (if you know what I mean!). Highly recommend.

Great clean and modern place. Excellent location and communication, entry, etc. There is quite a bit of street noise so ear plugs are a must, but it might not bother most people. I'm very sensitive.

An amazing place! James designed a beautiful, cozy, apartment with vintage furniture and and loads of artistic touches. I appreciated the attention to details in the lighting, the plants, the modern kitchen appliances, the quaint patio for morning coffee. I fell in love with the place the minute I saw it. James is a wonderful host. He was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend his place. A great neighborhood to walk in, especially if you like hills. And lots of good restaurants and eateries close by.

Renzo went above and beyond by leaving us a welcome card and complimentary beverages, his place was peaceful and welcoming, would definitely recommend to family and friends in the future!!!

Well lite, Door entrance, easy access along with detailed, easy to follow instructions for entering. Comfortable, safe surroundings- Unit is comfortable, bathroom super clean- comfortable bed. This is my second visit and host as responsive as the first visit. Thank you, Linda

I really enjoyed my stay here, the apartment was large and lovely with hardwood floors and thoughtful decor. It was nice to have a covered parking spot so close to the apartment, and I loved the little lounge seat in the bedroom. The closets were very roomy with big mirrors and there were lots of comfy blankets and towels and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for guests. The bathroom had two sinks and lots of drawers and cabinets. The area was quiet and safe and the neighbors were friendly. I especially loved the water features on the grounds, and the patio had a perfect view of the fountains and beautiful redwood trees. The hosts were great and answered the few questions I had. It was very peaceful and I would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was clean and the was great communication with our host. My favorite part about the home was the beautiful outdoor space. The fire pit and sitting area provided us with a nice spot to chill out and enjoy the chirping birds.

Our group booked this house for a mini friends reunion and we were very happy with our choice. The house is very spacious, quiet, with BEAUTIFUL view. Amenities were adequate for our needs, we especially appreciate the hot water kettle. Kids love running around and the adults love to gather and talk looking out at the mountain view. We felt lucky to be able to hold our reunion here. Thank you.

This was the perfect location for what we needed for the weekend. The house was super cute & comfortable. The microwave though is a trek lolol but I saw the step stool right next to it! Good looking out! The house had everything we needed, fully stocked amenities. Other than that, it worked for our group of 6, and their couch is one ridiculously comfy couch! thank you so much for having us! It was also a plus to enjoy the patio in the morning for breakfast.

This is my second stay with Jessica and Florian. This two bedroom house with a sunroom and fenced in yard is my favorite place to stay in the area. It is clean and nicely decorated. The linens are very nice and they have taken care to make sure the beds are comfortable. I really appreciate that they welcome dogs. The kitchen is great and easy to cook in. Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.
