Micky and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and accommodating. Their place was the perfect quiet sanctuary after busy days. Lots of things near by, yet had a cozy neighborhood vibe. I wish my schedule had been less hectic so I could spend time in their lovely garden. This place is a gem.

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

This is our favorite spot to stay when we are in the Oakland area. It is tremendously comfortable and well appointed. We have stayed in many air bnb's, but never one so well equipped and furnished and decorated so tastefully. Everything works; everything is in tip top shape; everything is accessible. And the location, too, is great: walking distance to restaurants and coffee places and most anything you might need. Staying here is a real treat.

Lovely stay for a few weeks! Clean, fully stocked, and pictures look exactly like the unit. The complex was quiet with security staff at night/early morning. Kathleen was quick to respond as well! Would def stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a few blocks from our favorite Cheeseboard Collective Pizzeria and within easy walking distance to UC Berkeley. We were in town for a wedding and needed a family-friendly place nearby, and this home checked every box and more. The space was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The bathroom was especially impressive—clean, well-stocked with soft towels, and featuring a beautifully laid-out shower and hot tub that made winding down in the evenings a true treat. The kitchen was pristine and fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy meals during our stay. Traveling with little ones can be challenging, but this home made it easy. There was even a pack 'n play ready for our infant, which was such a thoughtful touch. The layout of the home was comfortable, cozy, and made our time there feel like a true home-away-from-home. Highly, highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Berkeley

It was great experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious, and the host, Roman, was truly deserving of the title 'superhost' with his kindness and quick response.

Great stay at Liz’s place for family of 3. Perfect location for UC Berkeley and Rockridge. Apartment is as described. Nice walk into town with short steep incline. Beautiful deck and fully stocked. We hosted a small graduation barbecue and Liz was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. If you have trouble with steps this is not the place for you.

We were a big family in town for a graduation and had the best stay. Jonathan was incredibly helpful with check-in/check-out instructions and was always checking in to ask if we needed anything. The location was great, close to a Safeway and not too far from SF's attractions. What impressed us most of all was how clean the house was! The garage was fantastic as well and gave us a great sense of security. Overall great stay and would stay here again! Thank you!!

We spent 3 nights during the Memorial Day weekend The location was superb ; stones throw from all the restaurants at University Avenue , yet the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful Beautifully done up home with a lovely backyard

We stayed for a month with my family and we had a great stay. The house is very spacious and baby friendly, with lots of space in each bedroom and a huge living room to hang out with friends and family. I also like the layout of the home as each bedroom has its own separate hallway, which gives more privacy to each guest. Antoni is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We will stay again next time when we visit the area. thank you.

This home was great! It was spacious, clean, kid friendly, and had all amenities and more! It was very homey, modern, and super comfortable. It also had many options to keep us entertained. We stayed the weekend from out of state for a graduation and barely needed to step out as the home had all the essentials. The host, Jill, is very friendly, accommodating and responds promptly. Thank you Jill for being such a great and professional host! Would highly recommend this stay.

Vic and Leanne's place is great! We've stayed there several times, and will be back, I'm sure. It's clean, quiet, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with a very well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen and appliances are new and nicely done. Plenty of local coffee for the coffee maker. Vic and Leanne are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Recommended!

Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. House was extremely clean and well appointed. Outside garden area was very beautiful and relaxing. Only thing I will mention is that one bedroom with a queen bed lacked access to a closet and had a sunlight over the bed. Not an issue for us but if you like to sleep in bring an eye mask if your sensitive to light.

Great place, no complaints. Host was very quick to respond. Private parking a huge plus. Quiet and comfortable spot. Would stay again.

The place is spotlessly clean and modern. The location in the fun, new urbanist context of Santana Row is fantastic with restaurants and shops just downstairs. It is also surprisingly quiet despite the location. While we experienced some challenges with the key fob for the lobby entry we enjoyed our stay. The place also comes with off-street secure parking which is also a plus.

Max and Tony were simply amazing. The space was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was considered, down to the personalized welcome letter in the typewriter when we walked in! We received excellent local recommendations and they were available to answer any questions throughout our stay. This is the best Airbnb in Berkeley. Looking forward to the next visit! Just had a great stay at Andi's beautiful home. Great location for our stay in SF - safe, central, close to many activities. Beds were very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking meals in the home. Off street parking was easy appreciated. Andi was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend Andi's place!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fantastic, offering all the necessary amenities and comfort. Its amazing location allowed for easy access to local attractions and dining.
