Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.
