The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. Welcome to the Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Our small cozy apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location. From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Schwatzenmühle

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cosy temporary home for both families and individual travellers. Located in the middle of the Dreiländerck, on the eastern shore of Lake Constance, you can quickly reach the island town of Lindau, 5 km away. Also not far are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking nature idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.

By car, you can reach the beautiful, medieval town of Wangen in 10 minutes and by bike on idyllic bike paths in 30 minutes. Start directly from the house on the Bodensee-Königsseeradweg and you can reach Lindau in about 40 minutes by bike.
