La Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on one level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the main house and just 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), you will not be able to access our garage during the restricted hours. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
