Top location and connection! A tasteful and cozy apartment with beautiful views. With so much exciting reading, days could only be spent reading if the surroundings were not so tempting. High-quality kitchen equipment, even if more for narrow personalities. The entrance area can be unsettled at first, but Kerstin explains everything so clearly and kindly and at the top there is a lot of space for relaxation and enjoyment. You can argue about art, sensitive stomachs, just turn them around. ;) Tip: keep luggage clear! The shortest distance from the parking lot around the house to the 10th floor is longer than expected and also includes some stairs in addition to the elevator. But everything is doable and arrived at the top, people forget every hardship anyway. Then the possibility of a warm bath - a dream! Vegetarian/vegan living people are well advised in the boathouse right at the feet of the house. We were absolutely thrilled! Thank you,Kerstin!

We stayed 5 days or 4 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The perfect apartment for 2 persons. Everything is very clean, right on the promenade and yet easily accessible by car and free parking right by the house. The highlight, however, is the fantastic view directly of the sea. So we can only agree with the many positive reviews - we will be happy to come back!

We had an all-round pleasant stay! The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and exactly as described. I especially liked the quiet location and thoughtful amenities – it was really thought of everything. Communication with the host was friendly and quick. I'd come back anytime and can fully recommend the property.

We spent a great holiday week in Scharbeutz and the cozy, lovingly furnished Lottchens Möwennest essentially contributed to this. The handling was perfect. We were at Johanna's for the second time and we will certainly be regular guests! Everything was fine, the apartment is quiet, sparkling clean, with everything you need. The large garden and sunny terrace are beautiful to relax. You can walk to the beach in Pelzerhaken in 4 minutes. We look forward to next time.

I was extremely grateful and happy when I arrived in front of the house that I had chosen this accommodation. Beautifully landscaped beds, lawn, own terrace, own carport and fantastic surroundings. Pure nature and above all really quiet. Exactly what I wanted. Beautiful and stylishly furnished inside. There is everything you need for a holiday. Whether a folder with all the important and useful tips and recommendations for the stay or a freezer or a washing machine. Everything has been thought of here. The hosts are very friendly and likeable. They make you feel like you have a real piece of home here. I felt that way too and was able to really enjoy my vacation there. I will definitely come back.

We spent a long weekend over Pentecost with our son in the apartment and felt very comfortable, Melanie was always easily accessible and the check-in worked out great, the equipment was exactly as described and absolutely suitable for a weekend, we were mainly there to sleep and the beach and the promenade within walking distance, we recommend Melanie and her accommodation and would choose it again.

We stayed 4 days at the place "Under the Sea." This is beautifully and lovingly furnished. The Airbnb was super clean on arrival and you immediately felt at home. On request, Julia provided us with a crib for our little son. We found not only a crib but also a rattle, a shower insert, a small pillow and a wall lamp for the little man. We found that very attentive :) The Airbnb is equipped with everything you need, a clean kitchen with fridge, dishes, kettle, toaster, a small table with high chairs, TV and Wi-Fi. The bed was very comfortable, almost like home :) Thanks Julia, it was nice.

We had a wonderful and carefree vacation. The apartment is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The hostess was always easily accessible and very friendly. The beach is only a couple meters away from the apartment and very clean. Haftkrug and Scharbeutz are easily accessible by bike. Overall, we are completely satisfied and would love to come back. I'd love to come back. The communication and accessibility was great, the apartment very nice and tastefully decorated (thanks to many scented candles also good smelling). However, you should know that the building is partly still under construction (as of 05/25) - for us it was not a problem - but it could bother some people. The location is great - everything necessary for life is easy to reach, the beach is also easy to walk to on foot with luggage for a beach day. We liked Sierksdorf (first stay) very much, just because it does not seem to be as overrun as Scharbeutz. We will be happy to come back.

We were looking for 4 days of rest & no hectic beach life - we found it and also had a great time at Burak's.

I was with my girlfriend at the place and we had a very nice vacation there! The contact with Joschi was very nice and straightforward. The apartment is very relaxed walking distance from the train station in Sierksdorf. It is all very clean and well appointed. An absolute highlight is the balcony, with a sauna and an excellent view of the bay. We took a trip to Neustadt (works great by train) and looked at the harbor there, was very nice :) The beach is very easy to reach on foot and you can swim wonderfully :) Overall an absolute recommendation!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, cozy, everything is perfect. Great that you can park the bikes in a shed (with electricity). We used this apartment as a starting point for bike tours. The accommodation is highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

Our stay was really wonderful! The apartment has far exceeded our expectations – the pictures just don't do it justice. It is not only very nice, but also extremely luxuriously furnished. The location is excellent and could not be better. A note for future guests: There are 35 steps to the apartment and no elevator. That wasn't a problem for us, but it's important to know if you're limited in your mobility. The communication could have been better, but this didn't affect the great stay. Our personal highlight was the huge jacuzzi and the incredibly comfortable beds – pure relaxation! We would definitely recommend the apartment!

We spent two beautiful days in the bright and friendly apartment – together with my girlfriend's four-year-old daughter. The apartment was clean, welcoming and cozy, so we felt right at home. The parking fees in the parking garage are not without, but the wellness area and especially the swimming pool delighted us. The location couldn't be better either: the sea is almost right outside the door! We were able to enjoy the water, stroll along the promenade and browse the many small shops. All round, a successful short trip

We had a very nice holiday. Everything in the apartment was as described. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work.

The place was beautiful. We felt very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is the easy to use and high-quality sauna through the on-site instructions, as well as the hot tub, which give the holiday a luxurious touch. The place was very clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable and large (1.80m). Check-in is contactless and easy. The area is quiet, but if you are mobile, surrounding cities are very good and can be reached in a short time. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
