Vacation rentals with a patio in Sidmouth

We had a wonderful stay, the studio was very cosy and had all that we needed including some croissants and snacks provided by Elisabeth. It is a very peaceful area. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings and found Branscombe a great base for days out in Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. I would highly recommend a stay here. Elisabeth was very welcoming and friendly.

My husband and I had a wonderful couple of nights in Guy’s Hideaway - the perfect little bolthole by the sea. Great location for walking into town, to great restaurants and to the beach (fossil hunting is a must!). The outdoor deck overlooking the coast was an absolute gem!! Guy was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

Delightful small cottage. Everything you need, welll described. Very friendly hosts. But best is the location! Remarkably peaceful and bucolic.

It is a very quiet location with great views of the coast and sea. A short hilly walk into Dawlish where the river runs through and the black swans swim. We enjoyed our stay very much.

WOW, what an amazing place. Everything you needed including coffee, tea, sugar, milk and some yummy biscuits. Spotlessly clean and a really comfy bed. Fantastic views across to the sea, especially nice when we sat out with a glass of wine 😁. Tina was such a lovely host, so friendly and helpful, and if we needed anything we only had to ask. Wow this place is just lovely. We’re a family of 4 with 2 dogs and it suited us perfectly. Really clean on arrival which is always a good start. Thoughtful little starter pack of milk and treats, for us and the dogs! Private terrace, perfect for chilled out evenings. The cottage is well equipped with everything you’d need, from kitchen ware to maps and menus. The kids loved the fossiling kit :-)) We had the best stay - thank you Steve, we shall definitely return.

Had a great time staying here with all the family, the house is so close to the beach it was perfect for us! Was such an easy and chill stay with a surprise hamper full of goodies when we arrived. Would love to stay here again and Tristan was super helpful with recommendations and extra info!

Susans place is a perfect stop over. A nice big space, close to town but in a quiet culdesac and its comfortable too. The lay-z-boy gets 10/10 from me. All the mod cons, sky, ensuite, full downstairs bathroom (great for me) full kitchen plus, tea, coffee, snacks..and a welcome message. Those are very nice touches indeed.

The cottage had a special feel from the moment we arrived. Branscombe is a lovely village and the cottage was gorgeous inside and out. It felt like a home from home. The host was responsive to any queries and acted quickly to ensure our whole stay went smoothly. It was a magical few days.

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The little gifts left for us were the extra touch that made it even better. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Brixham.

Stayed for a friends wedding. Location was perfect as walking distance to registry office and reception. Jonathan was proactive and offered recommendations of things to do if I wanted them. I changed my arrival time last minute and Jonathan was excellent at accommodating the changes providing clear instructions / directions. The apartment was clean, milk in the fridge and biscuits left for me, good sized shower with good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Nice little apartment in a perfect location. Short walk to a beautiful harbour with plenty of bars/restaurants. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, with nice seating area in the courtyard

Diana was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay just as perfect. The accommodation was pristine and exceeded expectations. The gardens were peaceful and tranquil. I can’t rate this property highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a convenient location for surrounding areas. We were there for a wedding so can’t comment on the wider area and what’s on offer.

This really is a gem of a place. So stylish yet homely. It is off a fairly bisy road, but you didn’t notice that at all when inside. It’s a little oasis with a beautifully mature garden. We slept really well and would stay here again without any questions. Parking was super easy too.

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)

Great little hideaway in stumbling distance of a bustling high street with great pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped.
