Bright and Modern Private Guesthouse near Route 66

Our guesthouse is ready to host the most discerning traveler. You will appreciate the clean private guesthouse that is located on a quiet neighborhood street in a newer central subdivision that is close to all that SW Missouri has to offer. Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

Peoria Hills/Cabin/Route66 /casinos

The log cabin is located in the hills of Peoria, OK. on twenty plus acres of land. Amenities include Wi-Fi, small bathroom with shower only, TV, sleeping arrangements are a queen bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress upon request . Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Conveniently located near both hospitals, KCU Medical School, and many attractions. Wifi and a Roku tv in the living with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney + will give you plenty to watch! A full kitchen, washer, and dryer will make your stay very comfortable.

Welcome to the heart of Joplin, this newly remodeled all brick 2 bedroom home awaits you. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to both hospitals,medical school, and dining. It is complete with a sun-room which has a futon for extra guests, large formal dining room, spacious kitchen, one has a queen size bed, and the other has 2 twin beds. You will also enjoy the neighborhood Walmart market, only one mile away. Pets are considered on a case by case situation.
