It is a 4 LDK type home, with 2 rooms on the 2nd floor for guests. Room 1 (12.69 m ²) & Room 2 (10.56 m ²), they are Western-style rooms with flooring and a veranda. There is always only one group of guests and there is no sharing with other guests. There is plenty of sunlight. We take care to help guests rest from their travels. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the residence is quiet both day and night. There are no particular places nearby that are recommended to visit, but you can enjoy a walk around the many pear orchards in the area. Andersen Park, which is currently popular, is a 7 to 8-minute drive away. The park is popular among both men and women of all ages for its rich nature and its low entrance fees. Walking a bit further, it is also convenient for Tokyo Disneyland & Sea and Makuhari Messe. The residence is accessible from Narita Airport (including a car transfer from the nearest station) and you will arrive at the house in about an hour and 20 minutes. (The nearest station is Takane Kodan Station on the Shin-Keisei Line. Reference The house is located on a hill, so there is no flooding of roads or houses due to heavy rain. In addition, the house is built on a former forest site and is a building based on earthquake-resistant design. (No earthquake damage in the past)

This Mimihaus Makuhari is located in a very convenient location, 1 minute from Keisei Makuhari Station and 4 minutes from JR Makuhari Station, between Narita and Tokyo. It is also about a 5-minute taxi ride from Kaihinmakuhari Station, where the limousine bus from Narita Airport arrives. There is also a large supermarket, Ito-Yokado, and Japan's largest shopping mall, Makuhari Seaside Park, which has a Japanese garden, making it very convenient to get to Makuhari Messe and Tokyo Disneyland. We also have two bicycles available for guests to use for strolling around Makuhari. Feel free to use them during your stay. (Please be sure to lock them to prevent theft) In addition, the room has a queen bed and a "kotatsu" (a low table in the summer), which is unique to Japan, where you can sit comfortably on the low sofa and watch TV or eat. It can accommodate up to 3 people because you can pull out the futon and sleep next to the kotatsu. (Please note that it will be quite cramped if you have a lot of luggage) You can enjoy a comfortable stay while experiencing a Japanese kotatsu (a tatami mat room heater, or a chabudai in the summer).

The room can be locked. 35min/580JPY from Narita Int'l Airport to Katsutadai station on Keisei line, no transfers. Then 3min walk from A1 south exit to our house. A lot of restaurants and shops around here. Microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle are availale. Toilet, washing machine, shower room are next to the guest room. The host family, and cats stay on the 2nd floor.
