Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Shinjuku Station

Fang’s place was fantastic. Location was so convenient to Shinjuku and its local station is on the line to Harry Potter studios. Fang told us to see the Sakura by the canal and they were fantastic. The apartment had everything needed and very clean and large. We would love to stay again next time in Tokyo!

Clean, affordable, and 20 min walk to any station

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was super clean, well-equipped (we really appreciated having a washing machine!), and in an amazing location. It was just a short walk to the Tokyo Skytree from where areas like Asakusa, Akihabara and even Shibuya are easily accessible. The rooftop terrace with a view of the Skytree was a definite highlight — such a great place to unwind in the evening. Getting to the apartment from the airport by train was also super convenient, which made our arrival smooth and easy. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Yuki is very responsive and helpful! The area was perfect for our stay. Yuki told us about a festival that would be happening while we were there and it was an incredible experience! Yuki provided clear instructions on how to use the A/C, the washing machine, etc. She is a lovely and thoughtful host!

The host was very accommodating. If I needed something, I asked and they took care of it. We felt right at home.

The moment I checked in, I felt the care of the host, the environment was very clean and tidy, the fragrance was charming and there was no sense of oppression in the small space.The room is not big, but it is very comfortable to live in, and all the daily necessities are complete. You can see the owner's care everywhere.Already looking forward to the next visit.Thanks again to the host for making us feel at home in a foreign place.

Great place and location to explore Tokyo from. Great location, close to Shibuya station, airport bus stop, and lots of restaurants and combi stores. Decent amount of space for two people, more than a hotel of same cost but don't expect a western size apartment, this is Tokyo, after all. Very fast WiFi, more than enough for any needs. Kitchen had everything you need to store and warm up food and a Nespresso for a quick shot of espresso. Has a washing machine, clothes are dried with the bathroom heater. Ok for noise, I would still use earplugs as there can still be some noise from street and/or neighbours. Had Amazon packages safely delivered to the address. Host was extremely responsive and helpful both before and during stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great host and place near Shinjuku. Its around 1 to 1.5 km from the nearest train area so a bit further to get around but besides that the area was great. Rooms each had air conditioner and beds were soft and ample pillows. Shower and kitchen all functioned as expected.

Great place to stay! Perfect location, quick access to train station and right in the heart of Shimo. Comfortable and clean. Can’t wait to come back!

I love that the location is close to the station. If you need elevator, use exit B3 of Oshiage station, the station also has 1 direct train to Narita airport so it’s very practical for me to go back home. The surrounding is very calm, I felt comfortable sleeping on the mattress on top of tatami floor but the pillow was very thin to put my head (thankfully I stayed alone so I used 2 pillows to have better head rest). The amenities are enough for long weekend stay, but suggestion for longer nights I’d love to have iron and ironing board as well.

Great location for short stays. Had an iron which is amazing and rare in Japan. A little small for our family of five (8 yo,5 yo, newborn) with luggage but that seems to be very common. The bakery opened very late so we didn’t actually see it open at all. The restaurant attached was 10/10.

Cozy and clean apartment, in a peaceful neighborhood with phenomenal local bakeries and restaurants. Washer no dryer in unit. Host gave clear instructions and recommendations for the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very spacious apartment, and great for a family of four. Amazing location with a huge variety of local restaurants to choose from and easy access to metro. Would stay at the Mars Hotel again!

we love our stay at Hitomi's place. It was super easy going in the appartement and with all the great recommandations she provided. We stayed in with a years old and a 5 months, it was super convenient. It's really closed to train's station and a lot of shops and restaurant.

Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100

We had a lovely stay at Ryusuke’s place. We chose the location because it was in the neighborhood of our friends. We easily took the bus and train from close to his place. The flat was very spacious and met all our needs. There’s a delicious bakery close and some nice restaurants. We would stay again. Thank you!
