We had a great stay at this hotel and the location is incredibly convenient, with the nearest train station less than 60 seconds away and a 24/7 FamilyMart right on the ground floor. The complimentary breakfast wasn't very filling, but there are plenty of nearby options like Sukiya where you can grab an affordable and satisfying meal in the morning. The rooms are small, as expected, but smartly designed where there’s space under the bed to store your suitcases and bags. It’s perfect for travelers who plan to spend most of their time out exploring the city. I’d definitely recommend this place, and I’ve already planned to stay at Tavinos Hamamatsucho again on my next visit!

The place is easy to get around. Close to the train station. Close to convenience stores. The room is not very large, but for 2-3 people in one room, it's okay. The shower is a little small, but overall it's comfortable for 5 nights. The owner is very responsive to chat. Very helpful.

The host was very friendly, the time changed and helped me refund my money right away, so I spoke very well and was very welcoming.The room is very spacious. Getting around is also more convenient. It is still very satisfactory in all aspects.

エヌプラス was responsive to my queries and offered an option to store my luggage even after I check out. Since I had a planned day trip after my stay and had to head out very early in the morning, エヌプラス's offer saved me the effort to search for alternative luggage storage. Overall the room is spacious and clean. We were warned about the lack of elevator in advance. it was not a long climb. I was a little confused with the double lock system (facial temperature check plus key). that might be worth reviewing.

Very clean place. About 13 minutes from the nearest station. I enjoyed the AC, amenities such as a kettle and toothbrush, among other things.

Fantastic stay and great value for money! The place was easily accessible as it was a 2-3 minute walk from the train station which takes you everywhere you need to go (but still quiet and peaceful in the lovely community of Komagome). The mattress is slightly thin, but we still had good night sleeps anyway! Max was helpful throughout the process. This place is on the 5th floor (with a luggage elevator to the 4th floor) , so a few sets of stairs to walk up, but we liked the exercise with all the yummy food we had from nearby. Overall, great stay for the price and happy with our experience! Thank you.

Nice apartment in an older building. It has a cool open patio area. Wish I could have stayed longer to explore the area, but there's a supermarket nearby and tons of conbini in the area and restaurants near the stations. Can walk to Shinagawa if you don't have luggage, otherwise use the other 2 stations nearby.

I had an all-around pleasant stay and am absolutely satisfied with the place! Everything was clean and exactly as described. The location is ideal, central, with everything you need close by. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly hosts, who made the stay even more enjoyable. I can fully recommend it and will be happy to come back!

The location was good. This place offers affordable rental. Overall is normal. The simple room with a good bed, but no refrigerator and bathtub drain plug, no light for aisle from lift to the room. I cannot store fresh food. Even there has no refrigerator at the common area, also not enough light. There have supermarket and food shops around the Inn. I cannot get any extra assistance from Airbnb. Following the self check in and check out are enough to stay, but if extra request or ask others questions, all are automatically responses with the same sentence, which are useless.

Absolutely nice apartment. Beautifully designed and decorated, everything is new and clean. Looks exactly like the pictures. Many restaurants nearby, and Senso-ji Temple is just a short distance away. Public transportation is also very convenient. The only slight inconvenience is that there's no elevator—the room is on the 5th floor. So if you have a large suitcase, be prepared to carry it all the way up. Compared to how good the room is, well, this small inconvenience is nothing. If I ever come back to Tokyo, this woukd be my first choice.
