Very friendly, responsive and helpful hosts. The flat looks like in the pictures and was a great pick for what we wanted. Located in a nice little street with cafes, some restaurants, FamilyMart, drug store.

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

Great location for what were were looking for also quite but close the the train station. Right next to the hotel is a nice patisserie and there is also a coffee shop right down the street.

I loved my stay! Nobu is super communicative and everything was clearly explained in his messages/the google docs he sent through. The apartment is lovely and a perfect cosy base for exploring. Thank you Nobu!

We had a wonderful stay at the penthouse. It was very urban and sleek atmosphere with a view of a skyline. The host was very communicative and kind. Highly recommended.

The place was amazing, it was a great place to focus for a few days and Tanaka was always responsive, plus went above and beyond to help me get something back which I had forgotten at the apartment. Definitely will be staying again

Great location! Quieter little side street right in the middle of the action in Shibuya. Very comfortable beds. Clean and bright. Very safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shops, parks and train station.

Our stay in Tokyo was truly special thanks to this wonderful family. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and thoughtful-when they heard we were celebrating a birthday, they went out of their way to celebrate with us. The house is in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Honestly, I'd recommend staying here just for the hosts alone-the comfort of the home and the charm of the area are just added bonuses.

It is a few minutes walk from Keikyu Kamata Station and close to Haneda Airport, and it is a convenient location with many convenience stores and supermarkets.It was very helpful to have a washing machine with a dryer and all the appliances.

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Beautiful and cozy house with all you need for your stay. Convenient location close to the train station, shops and restaurants. Communication was very clear and friendly. 100% recommended!

Our host was more than prompt in replying. Did always help in whatever we asked for and also left toothbrush for us while we were staying. Great gesture!! ;) The place had everything you could possibly need and all the facilities were there, even though all the flats in the city were small. The kitchen had a lot of utensils including a microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, etc. Definitely recommending it!! :)

Chika’s place is so nice and clean, it’s the best little cute house ever, cozy warm and full of love. We enjoyed all the little details of this house! It locates at a very quiet little street, surrounded by a lovely neighborhood walking distance to MTR and convenient stores. My family really had great time here, my kids loved it so much! Definitely feeling like my home@Tokyo, and lastly I am very appreciated for gift and the hand-written warm greeting from Chika!

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze, and I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who kindly assisted me with my luggage. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was pleasantly quiet, and just a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

Enjoyed our stay here! It’s about 15 mins walk from ikebukuro station, slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood also felt safe for girls. There are also family mart and lawson nearby. Overall really convenient and space was really big for Tokyo standards

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.
