Vacation rentals with a patio in Shibuya

The apartment was very tidy. EleVen was very helpful with clear communication and directions for checking in. He was there to meet my group and help us settle in.

非常温馨的房间，日式装修，地理位置也很优越，附近的山手线去哪都很方便，就是在爱彼迎标注的位置和实际位置有偏差，我们一开始走错了位置，还有就是我们定了三天，但房间只有一天份的洗漱用品，我们没有提前跟房东说，导致一根小小的牙膏用了三天…总体还是很满意的，希望下次房东可以根据入住天数准备洗漱用品🫶🏻

Helen and Sozo were great hosts. They checked on us and made all instructions clear. The apartment is clean and quiet. It worked well for our family of 4, 6 might be tight unless you have small children. The location is in a cute neighborhood and was nice to come back to after a busy day in the city. 7-11 and restaurants all close by. Easy walk to JR line or subway. So glad we stayed here!

Really enjoyed staying at this place. The instructions we received ahead of time were very helpful in helping us navigate to the place. The check-in was very straightforward. Above anything else, the location was very convenient, especially the short distances to the Kanda and Akhihabara stations. Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ota City. Natsuki was very proactive in providing instructions and communicating with us. Clear helpful instructions were provided on site along with many thoughtful local recommendations. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we slept very well. Clean and well organized with what we needed. We appreciated the extra touches like having plenty of hangers, toiletries, and a personal welcome left in the kitchen. Overall our stay felt throughout like we were being welcomed to stay at a friend's home, which was delightful.

Amazing, a great place to stay in Tokyo. Didi was incredibly helpful, responsive, and provided thorough instructions for everything such as check-in, directions, and using amenities! I would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotlessly clean and had such a warm, ‘home away from home’ feel. We really appreciated all the thoughtful furniture and amenities—especially the great TV with Netflix and YouTube for cozy nights in. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Just a heads-up for future guests: The nearest train station is about a 10–15 minute walk, but the tranquil setting made it worth the extra steps for us. Would happily return—thanks for a wonderful experience

Perfect communication with owner, clear information, cozy accommodation for group of friends/family. Location is close to the subway, and not so far from Shinkansen Station. Big recommendation!

Very good place and nice location. 15 min walking to train station and 10 min walking to subway. Total: 30 min to Shijunku and 50 min to shibuya. Everything clean.

This apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything our family of 5 needed. The walk to the train station was so close and 7/11 was very close as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed with a big group and everyone was very happy with our stay. It was very clean, conveniently located near the train station and it was very peaceful at night. Staying at Ro's place exceeded my expectations in so many ways. We are a group of 5 (1 adult and 4 seniors) and we find the place comfortable to stay in. The house is about 6 mins walk from Oyama station, 3 stations aways from Ikebukuro, which is accessible to many trains and subways that can take you to different places inside and outside of Tokyo. The house is located near a covered shopping street called Ohyama happy road where many groceries, local stores, and restaurants are located. We felt like a local living in this area. The house is pristine clean, basic necessities were provided, and beds are comfortable to sleep in. The house is exactly what is shown in the listing. The place is easy to locate and they also gave us detailed instructions on how to find the place which we appreciated. Ro and her team responded to my inquries promptly and made sure we had a warm and memorable stay. This is truly a gem in Itabashi. Thank you Ro and JH for hosting us and we will surely be back.

The place is walkable to the train station and there is a shopping arcade with supermarkets and eating places nearby. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen von Shinjuku. Im Radius von 5 Gehminuten findet man mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Hauptbahnhof von Shinjuku liegt 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Für europäische Verhältnisse wirkt die Wohnung gerade so ausreichend für 2 Personen und ich würde sie nur für 2-3 Tage in Betracht ziehen. Der größte Vorteil ist die Flexibilität der Lage und der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon. Man bekommt eine reale japanische Wohnerfahrung mitten in Tokyo. Der Gastgeber hat alles Nötige für die ersten Tage bereitgestellt (inkl. Snacks, Kaffee und Saft!) und war immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben zufrieden ausgecheckt und würden die Unterkunft als erstes Ankunftsziel weiterempfehlen!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The station was also very close, which was great for getting around Tokyo quickly! Would definitely stay hear again.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive — when we realized the place wasn’t the right fit for our family, they graciously allowed us to shorten our stay without any issues. The unit was clean, spacious for Tokyo standards, and very close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. That said, the building and surrounding area weren’t quite what we expected. It’s near the red-light district, which may not bother everyone, but it didn’t feel right for us. The building is older, with worn common areas. We saw puddles in the hallway — possibly from the weather — and generators nearby added some noise. The elevator also showed its age. With a young child who has sensory needs, it felt a bit overstimulating — not because of the host, but due to the building and neighborhood. If you’re okay with a grittier, urban, high-adult traffic area and want access to Shinjuku nightlife and trains, it could work well.

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

Great spacious apartment in the kabukicho area. Very clean with everything we needed - air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street just a block back from a more lively red light area. This is a fascinating area of Tokyo - it is seedy at night but not unsafe. It’s close to family friendly areas of Shinjuku. Would stay here again!
