Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Shibuya

Perfect space for our group consisting of children (ages 8, 8, 10) and older adults. Good size for family members to socialize and have their space if needed. The layout was a little different (shower in the kitchen), and the stairs were a little steep. May not be safe for elderly people with mobility issues or young children, but it was fine for our group. Jenny was very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. Best part of the house was the location - it was close to train station (8m walk?) and very close to the neighborhood. Lots of little hidden alleys, streets to explore. Perfect area to get immersed in the local culture without the hustle and bustle of the nearby areas (Shibuya, Harajuku, etc.). Would highly recommend!

Shuhei's place was beautiful and clean. Location was great, near convenience stores and about 10-15 min from the metro. Direct lines to many tourist spots, including skytree and Shibuya, and never had to make more than 2 stops to any other place. Great options for food too! Shuhei made sure to have towels, disposable tooth brushes and razors available for us, really going the extra mile to help us feel at home. As an extra, the view from the terrace is exceptional. I will truly miss this home.

Fang’s place was fantastic. Location was so convenient to Shinjuku and its local station is on the line to Harry Potter studios. Fang told us to see the Sakura by the canal and they were fantastic. The apartment had everything needed and very clean and large. We would love to stay again next time in Tokyo!

Great space, good location - near subway station, close to convenience stores. Ryuji-san was very responsive and helpful…even leaving the light on for us as we got in late. Thanks for the local recommendations. We tried the sushi bar and loved the food! It is clear that a lot of thought has been put into the space. Appreciate the welcome basket and full amenities. Will definitely recommend it!

Kyoko's place was perfect for our large family. We had our four adult boys with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone in this newer unit. The kitchen and laundry machines were essential for our longer stay. The location is more of a local neighborhood, which we preferred. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but the nearby neighborhoods and access to Shimokitazawa was really nice as an alternative to the overpopulated areas. Kyoko had great local recommendations and we felt at home in the markets, izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Thank you so much!

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was super clean, well-equipped (we really appreciated having a washing machine!), and in an amazing location. It was just a short walk to the Tokyo Skytree from where areas like Asakusa, Akihabara and even Shibuya are easily accessible. The rooftop terrace with a view of the Skytree was a definite highlight — such a great place to unwind in the evening. Getting to the apartment from the airport by train was also super convenient, which made our arrival smooth and easy. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved our stay here! it was not in the big tourist spots, but a quick and easy train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya. I was thankful to be in a quieter area, but conveniently located within 1 min walk of Family Mart and anything you wanted to eat. I highly recommend this place and we so loved it! Great and quick communication. would definitely stay again if/when we return to Tokyo!

The moment I checked in, I felt the care of the host, the environment was very clean and tidy, the fragrance was charming and there was no sense of oppression in the small space.The room is not big, but it is very comfortable to live in, and all the daily necessities are complete. You can see the owner's care everywhere.Already looking forward to the next visit.Thanks again to the host for making us feel at home in a foreign place.

The apartment was conveniently located to many restaurants and attractions. It is easy to find and the host provided amenities to make your stay more comfortable. I highly recommend it to others.

The appartement was in a right spot, it was nice and quiet but also close to Shinjuku. The host was very responsive and when we checked in he left us a little snack.

The location of the place is awesome - very near the Nakano train station, convenience stores, Broadway and restaurants. Instructions for checking in is clear. Room is clean. Washer and drier available!

I love that the location is close to the station. If you need elevator, use exit B3 of Oshiage station, the station also has 1 direct train to Narita airport so it’s very practical for me to go back home. The surrounding is very calm, I felt comfortable sleeping on the mattress on top of tatami floor but the pillow was very thin to put my head (thankfully I stayed alone so I used 2 pillows to have better head rest). The amenities are enough for long weekend stay, but suggestion for longer nights I’d love to have iron and ironing board as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very spacious apartment, and great for a family of four. Amazing location with a huge variety of local restaurants to choose from and easy access to metro. Would stay at the Mars Hotel again!

we love our stay at Hitomi's place. It was super easy going in the appartement and with all the great recommandations she provided. We stayed in with a years old and a 5 months, it was super convenient. It's really closed to train's station and a lot of shops and restaurant.

Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100

We had a lovely stay at Ryusuke’s place. We chose the location because it was in the neighborhood of our friends. We easily took the bus and train from close to his place. The flat was very spacious and met all our needs. There’s a delicious bakery close and some nice restaurants. We would stay again. Thank you!
