It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

My wife and I chose to stay here for the night for our KC outing. What a great find! The place was absolutely spotless, and matched the pictures. It was in a great central location. We were impressed! Within 10-20 minutes we could be at everything we wanted to do, and come back to relax for a little while. Downtown location near all the restaurants, and cute shops. This location would be perfect for a cool summer day, relax on the either of the porches. 10/10. Enjoyed our stay!

Bryan’s home was very lovely and very clean. Bryan was quick to respond and very polite. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I spent most of my time sitting out back enjoying the beautiful yard and the beautiful plants and flowers. I didn’t understand why there were earplugs in every room until I finally heard the trains, lol. My boyfriend really enjoyed the trains. I would definitely recommend Bryan’s home to anyone who enjoys nature and and a beautiful home away from home place to stay. I will definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Kansas! The stay was awesome! I booked this for my wife on Mother's Day. We have 4 children 6, 5, 4, & 3, so it gets hectic at home. Wife needed some time away and this was perfect. Home was clean, fresh, and well presented.Tanner went above and beyond with a small floral arrangement and muffins for the occasion which made the wife smile. We took a moment to enjoy the comfort for an hour or so before leaving Mama to enjoy her peace, which she happily said would love to book again. Despite it being hot out, she enjoyed the hot tub in the late evening and early morning. Though we don't leave messes, Tanner's instructions were to just enjoy the time and not to worry about anything for checkout, making things simple and uncomplicated. My wife appreciates this, and I'm sure I will book again.
