Monthly Rentals in Sévrier

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable, well furnished, and has magnificent lake and mountain views. It is exactly as described. Laure was very welcoming, available and flexible for the key exchange, which greatly facilitated our arrival. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in and around Annecy.

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful area and all amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great time at this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us tips for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Have stayed at here many times everything is perfect! As always Martine is amazing and always there to help if need be. What else can you say that’s not already been said in the many reviews. The view is stunning the apartment is spotless clean the host is so friendly. No hesitation not to be missed, super value, see you again very soon

Louis's place is fantastic! A stone throw away from a public beach, amazing mountain and lake views, a calm a private space where it's easy to relax and appreciate Lake Annecy. we visited while attending the Annecy Animation Festival and we were so pleased to get away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy to find the calm and quiet setting of Sévrier. Easy access to public transport taking you straight to old-annecy in less than 30 min by bus or Uber. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes away and nice restaurants at walking distance. Highly recommended!
