The area offers great hiking opportunities, hunting, fishing and climbing. It is an end apartment on 1 floor and contains an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping space for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

SKI IN/OUT - Reasonable - Sunny - View - Great apartment!

HI My apartment is brilliant for families or skiing groups.In spring, summer and fall you can bike,hike,go rolling ski and fish in the area. Easy access to the Hovden Alpin senter, only 150 M away.There is also short distance to a Hovden Badeland (swimming pool) and shops.If you want a nice, cosy and easy stay in the mountains this is the place.I want to keep the price on a sensible level so you can enjoy Hovden and the surroundings without being skinned. NB! l do not provide bed linen/towels.

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Flott, nyere hytte sentralt på Brokke til leie. Ikke så stor, men godt utnyttet. Takhøyden i stua gjør at hytta føles romslig. Tur stier og skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet. Ski-in til alpin bakken(man renner ned til alpin senteret via skiløypa over elva) . Hytta ligger nær lysløype, rulleskiløype og nær Brokkestøylen. Plass til 8-9 personer. Fint for en- to familier. To soverom med familiekøye i hvert rom. En hems med 3 madrasser. Hund tillat etter avtale.

Apartment Rauland, close to Totak, scenic, 2p

Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child in a travel bed. Beautiful location by Totakvannet. Enjoy peace and quiet. High standard. Nature comes into the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Teeming bird life. The cranes have a landing place here on their way to their nesting areas. The medieval "priest road" passes by the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the beach with a capital B. Sun from midday.

The cabin is about 125 sqm and has good standards. 3 bedrooms with family beds and single beds. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. Living room with TV. Large living room-kitchen with wood stove and panoramic views of Brokke Alpinsenter. Tiled patio with bench, table and fire pit. Towels and bed linen must be brought and it is expected that the cabin is left tidy and cleaned. Code for key box is available before arrival.

Newer cabin for rent. It is located at the end of the cottage row and has a large and nice patio. Short distance to hiking trails in summer and ski trails in winter. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper and consumables must be brought. There are a total of 8 duvets and 8 pillows.
