There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great open land for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Relax in quiet surroundings. This cabin has no running water og electricity. What the cabin does have, is great hiking opportunities and a lake you can swim and fish in close by. Let go of everyday stress and just relax. You will have to bring your own bed linen, towels and water. You can rent bed linens for 150 NOK. During spring, summer and fall there is a small creek near the cabin where you can get water. We will provide firewood for the fireplace.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
