Modern apartment in the mountains

A nice and practical apartment in an architect-designed house from 2019. The place is located in lovely surroundings with mountain and green areas, and potato hills as the nearest neighbor. In addition, the dorm is right on the main road, with parking and a private entrance. Here are lovely hiking areas in between. If you are traveling with children, the school with a nice playground and pump track is just across the road. You can also easily get to the shop and bakery on a bike path. The host is the owner of the local bakery, so here will be great breakfast!

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. 10 minutes walk to the store and bathing place. 5 minutes walk to the bus. The home has a good, family-friendly layout over a flat and is a modern home with balanced ventilation and air-to-air heat pump. Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We are located in the middle of the beautiful nature areas 'Vestheie' and 'Austheie'. You are living on a farm which has chickens and goats. The appartment is part of the shed, completely isolated and renovated. It has a sleepingroom, livingroom + open kitchen and bathroom. In the summertime there is a large picknick table available outside. It is the perfect stay for families. There are many family friendly hikes, but also climbing routes swimming and fishing possibilities in the area.
