Lita cottage in sunny farmyard.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and laundry. Lita cottage located on a farm with a wonderful view of the lake Totak and the mountains. We live in one of the houses in the yard. Another house has two apartments rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In the summertime, there is access to a table, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of uphill ski slopes, 5 min by car. 10 min to the ski center. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car charger. Great hiking terrain summer/fall.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. The apartment is new, bright and cozy It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There's also a separate secluded patio with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children The area is quiet and kid-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that are possible to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Small apartment over double garage rented in idyllic Homborsund Close to the sea and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has an en suite bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hotplates).) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. In addition, two sleeping breezes. Plating with barbecue and large outdoor area. Initially takes up to 2 adults and 2 children.
