Réalisé avec soins, moderne et et décoré avec sobriété (déco scandinave), il est tout équipé, climatisé et proche des universités (tram et bus) ainsi que des commerces. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes en voiture de la mer (Palavas les Flots).

Better than a swimming pool: the Étang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. You can swim there safely (low depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point extending over the pond, but remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor that is part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it faces west on the pond and its sunsets, and east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).
