Dès l'entrée, un petit hall pratique vous accueillera avec en face la pièce principale et sur la droite une salle d'eau/WC.

Bright 2-room, not overlooked, with 20 m² terrace in the residence. Close to the historic center, in front of the CREPS, a bus stop is at the bottom of the building as well as a free-access bike station and a tram stop a few minutes walk away. Free parking is available at the residence. There is a double bed and a fixed sofa large enough for a person under 1m80, rather an extra bed.
