Sophie's vacation home is beautiful. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you might need in everyday life. It is very close to the beach and we felt comfortable quickly. We would come back anytime.

Quiet, peaceful, close to the beach and shops. The place is ideally located. Shade is welcome in the garden. We enjoyed the accommodation as well as the outside where we could have all meals. The beds are comfortable and there is everything you need to cook. Gaëlle and Jean-Pierre were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Our dog loved the turtles he would say hello to every morning

We were very well hosted by Melanie who was really very kind and always smiling. The place was very clean and very tidy. Beautiful decor. Large fridge and large freezer. The beach was right in front, which was very much appreciated by the children. Shower outside to avoid bringing in too much sand, that was great. Private parking as well. Go and try the restaurant 'Lo Motas' on the lake side. A treat. Thank you so much.

The accommodation is incredibly well located, quiet and the view is🤩 charming. Private parking is an advantage to have a place at any time and there is the possibility of eating in restaurants nearby, ordering or of course cooking directly on site. Pascale is very responsive and pleasant. I would recommend this place without hesitation, go for it 🫶🏼

A very nice apartment, well designed, functional, nice decoration and comfortable bedding. The enclosed veranda and the small outdoor terrace were very nice, all a short walk to the beach. Around there are plenty of shops and restaurants. It's true that the parking is very convenient in the basement but you have to be good at maneuvering because it is quite narrow. The place was quiet (but we were not on vacation...), the building is secure. Great communication with Alexandra, considerate and friendly. We were delighted and will definitely be back!

Welcome by Melanie, very pleasant and smiling. Very well located apartment, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional equipment. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a great host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Accommodation is as described, the heated pool is a real plus. Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy with friends or family

Very nice apartment with a beautiful unobstructed sea view. Well located a short walk to the beach and a 30-minute walk to the center of Sète. It's very convenient to have a reserved parking space, we also enjoyed the tennis court and ping pong table.

Wonderful two and a half week stay at Alain's! The hospitality is great! We had a great vacation where everything is within walking distance, bus or train whether it's the beach, the city center or even the train station!! and the pool was a plus for my teenager!!!! Alain is responsive and always present. We'll be back to see the SAINT LOUIS festival! And thank you again for the mint tea!

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

We were hosted very well by Annette who is very friendly. She gave us some great tips. The accommodation is very well located a 5-minute walk to the city center. It is clean and functional with good bedding. The pluses: the terrace. We had all our meals outside; and parking space (big advantage). Our stay in this water town was lovely.

We had a wonderful week in Sète! The apartment was perfect - beautiful, well-equipped and centrally located. Although we didn't actually meet him, Michael was a great and generous host: there was a lovely bottle of rosé chilling for us in the fridge and the coffee machine was fully beaned-up - thank you! The town itself is gorgeous and very well connected - we explored the area using public transport: buses are frequent and on time! Not sure how easy it would have been to park had we traveled by car. We visited a number of beaches, all of them stunning and hired bikes to cycle to Marseillan. There was so much to do, a week certainly wasn't long enough! We hope to visit again soon - Sète is our new favourite place!

We had a great time in Sète, the apartment is ideal: in the hyper-center, very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Dearbhla is a very thoughtful host who knows her city perfectly. We highly recommend it!

We are delighted to have chosen this apartment, the view is impressive, and it feels like home. We appreciate the hospitality, the decoration, it's very warm and the building is very peaceful. We feel that everything has been chosen with care and well thought out by the hosts. The parking space is a real plus too, you can leave the car and walk everywhere in the city. We would definitely stay again to finish exploring Sète and the surrounding area!

Accommodation as described, clean and well arranged, the sea view is a real asset, as well as the playroom which delighted our 4-year-old daughter. In addition, our hosts were very welcoming and allowed us to arrive a little earlier, thank you again for everything. We would definitely recommend this listing.
